Mel try going to a 1/30 or 1/32 jig head and just let if flutter down looks more natural and often get more hits. Keep up the good work 👍

The kids fish off the jetty at high tide and get some decent break and flatty there. I release a lot of fish there in hope they decide to stay for the kids to catch later.

Im Kurnell born and bred, i find Botany Bay flatties love a motor oil paddle tail... Id be guessing the semi circle bite mark would probably be a toad

I hope it was, I went back again on the weekend for about 15 mins and had the same midwater hookup and it spat soon after too. Almost felt identical to this hookup like it was jagged or foul hooked
