It's been almost a year since Ranked got added so I'm surprised people STILL don't know this. But your first Ranked Match *DOES NOT* determine your rank. It's based off of your previous ranked matches from previous seasons. If you've never played ranked before, then it'll probably just take your regular match data. I don't know when was the last time ViceFN played Zero Builds/ Ranked Zero Builds on either of his accounts but I assume he got bronze on his main account because he didn't play much Zero Builds (ranked or otherwise)... but maybe played more on his alt account? I don't know about that part. Also, side note but how come you don't ever customize your weapons at Mod Benches? You'd probably do a lot better if you had attachments that you preferred...

I was bronze on both zero build and build mode all last season and on my first ranked game of zero build this season, I got gold 3 with 16 kills and it wasn’t a win so I don’t rlly think so

if you plan on doing zero builds again, heres a few tips you need to know. 1. Red Dot Sight is a MUST HAVE on any AR 2. Mythic gatekeeper is not worth it because of the 3 shots in the clip 3. Minis are practically useless in zero builds unless its the only other heal left. 4. (this one is just my opinion) but snipers are a must have if you are trying to engage in a fight. 5. Do NOT engage in a fight if you are unable to do any damage to someone, or if they start running away by the time you get there. There is always someone lurking close by, so you do not want the fight to last long. 6. (also my personal opinion) The Zeus medallion is useless in zero build because it messes up your shockwave if you are trying to rush someone or get away. 7. The only SMG you should take is the burst. Because, just like in builds, if you have good aim, it absolutely shreds. 8. The pump isnt even worth it, that thing does no damage. even some of the top zero build players hate it. There is probably more tips i could give, but I can't remember any right now. Good Luck!

That's because one of the factors determining how much you go up or down in rank this season is how much damage from a player you take and how much you deal to players. If you don't take any damage like in your second game then in the beginning rankings you will move up even if you place in the 90's. Additionally if you took a bunch of damage throughout the match but say won and only eliminated the final opponent you might even go down in rank depending on how much damage you took. Regardless of the win.

If you took a ton of damage and healed a bunch and dealt out no damage during the match and say your final opponent died in the storm then you would go down in rank even if you won. That is once you hit around Diamond and especially Elite. Bronze and silver you'd probably still go up because the threshold is a lot lower for those tiers of rank.

Your first rank takes into account your gameplay in that mood also if you were previously rank and other seasons it takes that into account so if you always play bills and your first game you die are spawning gig gold one because they’re basing it off of your previous history playing Bill if you never play zero build drop a 15 kill win(against mostly bots)It doesn’t have as much data to go off of to rank you higher than bronze it’s very simple to explain you probably could’ve googled it instead of making a video but I get it

It’s based off of what rank you were last season and it’s different than builds so like if you were in unreal last season in builds you would be gold 3 maybe 2 like 95% but in zb you would be gold 2 if you were unreal last season and I was elite in builds so I got gold 2 and unreal in zb so I got gold 2
