You might already have this in your collection, but Enteeba has been a great surprise from this house. An amazing Silver Mountain Water clone! I also dig their Indonesian oud fragrance as well. It's a fresher oud that smells like grapefruit and Vetiver. Rasasi is probably my favorite Middle Eastern house due to their prices and quality of fragrances. Haven't gotten anything I don't like yet. Definitely looking forward to the next Rasasi haul. Keep it going!

Just a heads up Entebaa isn't close to Silver Mountain Water. From Rasasi, Al Wisam Day is wayyy closer to SMW and even that one goes in a more floral direction vs the metallic composition of SMW.

@@duece-rv3fp I really like Rasasi Sotoor Taa' for high heat especially. It's a Gucci Guilty EDT twist - every day, every occasion. Hawas is amazing too, but a little bit too sweet for me in very high temps.

I bought rasasi Brilliant Silver as soon as I watched this video. It came in today and I'm heart broken. The sprayer was somehow snapped off, but it IS 🔥!!!! I was able to get a few squirts out to test the smell and it's definitely now in my top 5 favorite scents. You never fail me, except on that Vintage Radio. Uggh.

I was heart broken for other reasons lol. On me it smells like leather and formaldehyde. It's okay at best.

The Gynemede mineral smell to me is so much like body odor that it makes me queasy. It’s hard to imagine the majority of people that smell you would think it wasn’t body odor.

Rasasi are insanely overpriced in the UK. It's Essential is £40, which is over $50. And I've never seen Hawas for under £56, which is well over $70. I've written off the entire brand as not even worth thinking about.

In arab countries and many 3rd world countries they usually cost much less. I got rasasi deep blue recently in pakistan for like 15usd and the other rasasis mentioned in the video are for around that price level as well. Hawas is more expensive but even that is like 35usd. They are way overpriced in the western countries due to high demand and hype, leading to them being a bit too close to designer level pricing making them pretty bad value for money. Most of these clones definitely feel like lower quality frags worth max like 30usd. I have a lot of experiences with clones due to them being mad cheap in my country and I can say for sure that for most clones, even mid end designers easily surpass them in quality.

You shouldn't write off the brand altogether. It's just not worth getting from where you stay. But if you can somehow get some for the $20-30 price range, then you should go for it!

Thankfully, there are a lot more frags in the $20 range these days...just save up $50, do some research, and get a couple of fragrances shipped that you could make the most use out of. I'm selling a few on Facebook marketplace, so you might check if there are any like-minded groups or sellers around you locally that would swap or make a deal with you. I sold a few frags to a young fella last month, he had just started being interested in frags. I gave him a nice discount and a freebie, so you never know until you try 🤷‍♂️

not sure where you live, but if you’re in or near a major metropolitan area you could feasibly go from store to store and ask for small samples. most will give them to you. also most stores have demo bottles you could spray on yourself before going out… There are ways! 😊 Hope you can pick something up soon, mate
