This is my take on the classic Italian dessert in a low carb version with home made lady fingers.
One of the main ingredients of Tiramisu namley mascapone has no carbs in it but a pretty high content of fat, which makes it suitable for LCHF diets.
If you are not on Keto you can still enjoy this cake.
