There’s some cool roads in Turkey you should try out. The route from Uzumlu to Fethiye comes to mind. It’s about 5 miles of steep downhill on wide winding roads. The road’s very smooth too.

im glad you guys keep posting, i never would have found out about downhill longboarding. you guys need to advertise this more so more ppl can be aware of this sport. How long should a beginner practice before they bomb tuna canyon in malibu?

there are a ton of great youtube tutorials! the key is knowing how to stop in any situation (through sliding or footbraking) - Once you can safely stop at a certain speed then you can be much more comfortable building up to bigger hills over time!
