Could you provide a link to a grant recipient's winning proposal and do a sort of "play-by-play" of what really worked for them and why, then do the same for a proposal that got the gong? Examples of success and failure are often a good way to demonstrate which elements hit and which don't. As an English teacher, I would not ask students to submit an essay without first showing them a range of essays that satisfied the rubric at various grade levels and a piece of paper with what appears to be a grocery list which I used as a basis to reassign a student to a remedial class. Also, is there a site or KZbin video that explores the full range of Unreal Engines capabilities? I have in mind an educational project using VR but don't know if Unreal has considered VR for their engine. You might consider providing links in this and other MegaGrant videos' descriptions that take them to "Square One" to let someone "take it from the top" so as not to get lost.
