That was an epic battle, a battle between warrior to warrior and the finishing move embracing the metroid powers, a very good reason to call Samus, the last metroid in the galaxy and then Quiet Rope gives his life away for Samus to help her be normal again, the best final boss fight and best ending ever.

@@zegop5736 Corpius and the Experimental Bio-weapon look to be the same species but aren't the same individual. The corpse that was being lazered earlier in the game is the Experimental Bio-weapon. If you go back to the room where it's lying on the ground, getting lazer'd, you'd see that the corpse is missing and if anything- had been assimilated by the first X-parasite that found it.

Probably happened like this. X cloned Quite Robe, and thus its ability to control metroid but also his good intentions. Not only he can control the DNA, but also the X counters metroid effects (remember metroid are the vaccine to the X).

Watching several playthrough I notice that Storm Missile consuming lots of missile and easily make you empty in Phase 2. In my own playthrough I used to do it old school way just fire Ice missile and never drained all. Really curious about the damage deal between these two type of missile.

i imagine it was either a chain reaction caused by the ship's crash, or it was a time bomb set up to activate upon Raven Beak's death in a last ditch to kill Samus should he be bested by her (like Mother Brain had) (which I consider likely as he does say, while posing as Adam, that he believes Samus poses a threat to the galaxy if he doesn’t submit to him and follow his plans).

Yes but the prime series takes place before fusion. Same storyline but it takes place somewhere in the middle. This game was a direct sequel to fusion.

Love this game and boss fight. By the time I got to him on Dread Mode, I decided I wanted to beat him first try. I played the song "Last Stand" by Sabaton, having recently heard it via tiktok, and I did! It was so epic

In the big room with the camera zooming out, that room has speed booster blocks next to the screw attack blocks, so you could have saved 4-5 seconds if you had shinesparked

I was at 100 percent items facing him so my strategy was using power bombs when he initiated the black sphere attack. I was at full tanks 99 on phase 2 which is not that bad either. Then phase three just power bombs and avoiding his attacks while shooting rockets (phase 1 all over again). Pretty easy fight.

I think the implication is that the core x Samus doesn’t absorb when turning on the power found kraid when it fell in the lava, then made its way to the surface, eventually infecting raven beak
