Of all the releases of this map, the best version is 4.0, it has the most ready-made installed industries on the map + there are 2 working railroads with numerous loading points and a river port. It is advisable to choose the "easy" start, since it is possible to remove your original house from the map when selling, with all other starts the house is simply sold, but remains on the map, which is not very convenient .... The map is wonderful for both lumberjacks (a huge amount of forest and dead wood), and for miners (many huge quarries and mines), and for classic farmers and livestock breeders (huge empty fields for processing), the map requires the FS Miner mod and the RGC production mod pack at least for a full walkthrough ... The map is huge, ideal for a cooperative game or for a server For hardcore fans, there is this empty map from RGC modders called Back Country, where all production facilities, empty quarries and mines are removed (requires the terrafarm mod), the only built-in transport is river transport barges, and even then there are no ports that need to be built independently...
