It really depends on how many types of pumpkins you encounter (Orange/Green/Purple ones), but for me, It took me at least 12 hours with a couple of breaks in-between.

Probably by the time November arrives. Not sure. The Halloween update will end before Season 3 ends though.

How do you get the secret items?so confused

You buy them with pumpkins, but they only show up once you have enough to afford them, the corrupted aura shows up once you have three hundred pumpkins and costs three hundred pumpkins and the cure lord title costs 1000 pumpkins, and only shows up once you get 1000 pumpkins
