It Dosent matter how old you are, you can do parkour/freerunning at any age. I'm 15 and can do backflips,side flips,front flips and do a lot of parkour across buildings etc you just need the right spots and confidence

There is no way I could ever do Parkour. I admire these folks for their athleticism, strength, and stamina. Amazing athletes. Do these folks ever go to the Olympics for gymnastics or become stunt men and women?

well I did 6 years of karate and 3 years full contact wing chun, but between that I felt like joining a parkour club for a year so its very usefull :D if I don't wanna fight or hurt anyone/get hurt I can just run of like that! the reason that learning to fight is good is for your self esteem! Always try to prevent any way of combat but it's a nice feeling that you are capeble of defending yourself.

Correction. Your close but not right. Pakour is getting from point A To point B Using all of your body to get over, under, or though objects Most efficently. (Fastest) Freerunning is the same thing but under any amount of time period you choose. and yes, i agree this is a the best PK Video i have seen in a while.

wall flips is not that basic to learn on your own. i have been making parkour in 7 months on a team with "teachers" and i have not learned them yet (i am 14 )
