Glad you guys reacted to this one, it's a personal favorite because I honestly just find Master Chief's entire vibe hits like a train. The raspy voice with the bass and the catchy cadence draw me in without fail. The lyrics are like the extra nuke for good measure.

First of all, the fact that this is a thing is a miracle in and of itself. Second of all, we think of Master Chief when we think "Spartan", but Leonidas was the OG. But still, Master Chief's lyrics were so good that I'd feel bad to say he lost. If I were any more split by this I'd need someone to stitch my two halves back together. He does have a point, though. the Spartans did lose at Thermopylae, because someone sold them out and showed the Persians that shortcut through the canyon.

Master Chief won hands down. Especially if you know anything about Halo. The line about the monument to his sins while Leonidas was the soldier they needed him to be? Basically Chief saying he was a legend while Leonidas was playing on normal difficulty.

All of Leonidas' lines were surface level stuff, nothing delving into his history aside from the bit about his son and the "rhyme in the shade" bit. Otherwise, low hanging fruit on the FPS joke, albeit still clever. Leonidas had some good lines, but Master Chief squashed them with the line of Leonidas' plans getting messed up by a hunchback with down syndrome. And the line about Master Chief not revealing his face for me is weak. Even more so after the show came out, but even before that it was just a weak punch.
