Ben 10 vs. Beast Boy just wouldn't work. Sure, Beast Boy can turn into the entire animal kingdom, as well as different forms based on locale, but that doesn't quite stack up to over 1,000,912 alien lifeforms spanning 2 galaxies. And sure, we've only seen 61 of them on-screen, but even one of the staple aliens like Diamondhead or Fourarms would probably be enough to annihilate anything Beast Boy can throw out. As for battling Green Lantern, Ben's more than likely going to win. Hal would need to be able to call upon Parallax to stand a chance against Alien X, and even without factoring those two in, Ben's alien arsenal has an answer for pretty much anything Hal can bring to the fight. Plus, the Omnitrix's failsafe will prevent Ben from dying anyway (of which I can cite 6 separate examples).

They mentioned the reasons for the next battle on Death Battle Cast. They didn't do Ben 10 vs Danny Phantom because their only connection is they're cartoon characters that premiered around the same time. They didn't do Beast Boy vs Ben 10 because it was a total stomp in Ben's favor since Ben's weaker aliens are still stronger than most Earth animals and even if Beast Boy copied the aliens Ben just needs to use a stronger one to beat him. They did do Ben 10 vs Green Lantern because both are "space police" and the Omnitrix and Green Lantern Ring both have near infinite uses.

I too was hoping the next time would be Generator Rex VS Ben Tennyson. Just imagine Rex reacting to Ben's aliens that he has not seen, like Bloxx or Armadrillo.

I do not know these characters, I only know they exist so hard to say who would win. The next fight I do not know much about Ben 10 but from what I know I would say the Green Latern Stomps but again I do not know much.

The next fight is odd. It could really depend on whether or not they decide to give Ben a specific alien that he sometimes has, who is basically a god. If they don't give it to him, though, then yeah, I'd say Green Lantern probably wins

In the intro to the episode I didn’t like how them being fat was the similarity they used. I probably would’ve said something about how they both want to be better than Mario or Kirby

Although the next time is odd, I can guess that they wanted to do some unexpected matches this season, in which I’m not mad bout as this match as I find it interesting. Also I don’t know if you know this but D.C. in death battle has yet to lose to a non marvel character. That’s right D.C. matchups in which they don’t fight a marvel character they have won

Yeah, I actually did know that. Superman won twice against Goku, Joker beat Sweet Tooth and Raven beat Twilight. That's it for DC VS non-Marvel characters I believe. It would be cool if they could keep up that streak lol
