This is a great song to slow down and really enjoy whatever beat you desire to throw at it.......staying in the pocket, stopping, waiting, and adding to the song without overplaying. If you play a lot of fast beats then we need to stay well rounded with a song like this. Creative and a mellow cool groove,

As always I love what you do. It helps me a lot to be able to practice techniques on various instruments to your tracks. If its practicing soloing, playing in the pocket or musically appropriate parts, you always have something I can use ! Thanks again !!!!

Hey Quist, your jams are helping me a lot in many ways, great work man, keep it up! I assume that you keep it simple so we can do whatever we want, not only the drums, over the track. But I was thinking,as a drummer, that maybe it would be nice for some of these drumless tracks if you went crazy too, doing solos and stuff, so we can build more of a band dynamic since the drummer often doesn't have that much space. Anyway, thanks bro, cheers from Brazil

Thanks for sharing that... makes sense!!! I have actually started adding solos to some of them - like this one kzbin.info/www/bejne/aofQi6qhps5jfrc - but will make lots more for sure!!!

I would love to post a video of me jamming to your track!!! Would you be interested in my interpretation? I know that as an artist your time and effort is valuable and often goes under-appreciated. I would not be so bold as to post something of yours without asking you, but I may already have a sample if your interested...
