Elvira doesn't really hurt Ravi too much. She's like ML Landy in that she doesn't need her S3 at all. As long as she counters and heals, she'll eventually win! Byblis is always forgotten by the playerbase. Even during ML Landy's meta. It's so strange... maybe it's because she was weak on release and was buffed later.

The Karin buff is a golden buff as you see on the icon. That means it is unaffected by effects related to buffs. Unbuffable doesn't block it. It does not count towards the buff count of Rimuru or Landy or Sharun as far as I know. Esentially it's not a buff, it's like an effect marker. Normally only PvE bosses have stuff like that but they made some exceptions. If you ever use Specter Tenebria, she has her perma stealth as a golden buff too now just so it's visible, but just like before, it's not really a buff, but simply an effect she has.

I know Tamarinne also tranforms/gets her Idol buff even when she has unique/undispellable unbuffable, but Idol Buff doesn't have the golden Border, so either it's a bug or character specific unique buffs are treated differently, but then what's considered as that if Solitarias doesn't count as well

It could be a feature, or it could be that it temporarily cleanses the debuff, puts on the idol form, and immediately get the debuff back because of the boss.

idol is a BUFF. phantom sword/Neo phanton sword and Tenebria's stealth are EFFECTS, they work the same way lethe's Omen works (and a lot of people still think Omen is a debuff).

Phantom sword of lpk is now a unique effect which cannot be removed even with unbuffable debuff

Just curious, what would you do to make Lionheart more viable in today’s meta?

Nothing in particular. Just pick her 4th or 5th, after your opponent locks in their ban protection unit. You just want to avoid Elvira being counterpicked into you because she renders Lionheart worthless.

This is out of pure curiosity: is there a reason you dont DDR s3 with enemy politis on the team? I know its a death sentence with Celine but Politis doesnt self cleanse iirc so are you just trying to play it safe?

She was used moreso by aggro/cleave players in the past. I like her as a bruiser! Unfortunately, there's just better options out there. She doesn't really bring a whole lot to the table despite having some unique abilities.

I think with LP Karin unbuffable doesnt work because it says unique effect. I did the same thing with my Briar witch in arena and she still got the phantom sword

I don't believe Senya Cleanses through stuns. Should have used Ravi's S3 earlier in match 2

ML Senya does cleanse through stun/sleep.
