Why the crystal didnt givr the boss heal. In my cast the crystal givr the boss heal this looks differeny

The naga has unhealabe, maybe the boss cant get heal 😅 Im not sure about the skill of crystal...

same, his guy crits, mine doesnt - which would give that 5/5 focus... after 10 attempts, he still never crits after the first soul burn
