Man, I don't care, erase +100% eff advantage, hell, make it -25% eff. These 15%s are making me mald I did not waste 220 GS on my DDR building Eff for this, like I'd even say this mechanic is the only reason RTA is hard 💀 Counter is fine, random dual skill is fine, evasion is fine even if it's just 20% from artifact, in a sense it's part of the strat and the heroes are built/made that way and RNG is part of their skills But when it's just pure praying power like 3% and 15% that you put 0 effort in thinking or planning and somehow it always happens every game it's just mald inducing, every game is just, draft meta-gets outdrafted-pray. If no outdraft, steamroll the opponent. Little rant from me lel, I think this is partly why playing off-meta is so hard in this game. Meta heroes can handle some bad RnG to a certain extent while off-meta heroes needs everything to go as "planned" or dies like a dog

I have 313 eff Moana, to this date idk why I made it honestly, it just doesnt pay off when 15% happen But at least if 15% happen, I know I've did my best to put her at my best gear. Its inevitable Oh i remember proposing to solve this 15% issue back then on reddit but somehow got negatively react. For every net positive 100 eff you have against the target, the target loses 5% of minimum ER they can have, so if they had 0 Er and you have 300, it goes to 0%

Kakeru's a known ER stacker, you can see the bastion of hope on the choux there. There's a pretty decent chance it's 15% I won't lie considering I don't know ur DDR build and that u landed without eff buff. But I'd just like to point out that his build is equally likely to have high enough ER to resist you there without it being fully attributed to 15%.

What make you think ANY BBK has enough ER to resist a 220 Eff DDR? 220 Eff means you have 85% chance to land debuffs against any unit that has less 235 ER. Even with 20% from Bastion, that BBK must have absolutely nothing but ER to reliably resist 220 Eff. 300 ER? -20 from Bastion = 280 ER on BBK? It is possible actually. You only need ER ring + ER set + 195 ER from 5 other pieces, avg 39 ER each XDDD

Belian has an ER imprint as well, checking the build on match history the BBK is on resist, resist, torrent.

15% absolute sh*t should be terminated permanently. Nobody relies on this mechanics to win games. But when you build your units with high Eff to make sure your plan work, you still get punished by that bloody 15% for absolutely no reason. It's insanely unfair and stupid.

This was one of the reasons I stopped playing. 15% has no reason to be a mechanic other than to have more RNG in an already RNG heavy game. I could see a point being made for it to be in PvP but in PvE there’s no excuse. All it does is serve to make your runs not be 100% consistent and waste your time and resources.
