I love this. I truly appreciate you for this...I bundle up with a rotating fan overhead /by top headboard.On low,sometimes i sleep on the tv room sofa so the air can be right over me rotating.I put on my eye mask.I promise you the way the air rotates back and forth matching the wind,howling breeze sounds,uhmmm makes me dream that im bundled up nice & warm with just a small amount of wind getting through.Like Im snug in a cabin. Better yet a safe little cave. I have 1 of my sisters doing the same.I suffer with chronic insomnia. Sometimes im up for days. Better than some of the crap they give me for sleep. Which i hate! Some of my best sleep NATURALLY.. People without this issue will never understand.I have apps, free,paid & other rain,storm,blizzard vids This is.One of my favs.. We live in a restored 1857 farm house. Where we live is South Haven highlands. One mile from Lake Michigan. Master bedroom is 25 feet above ground. Home is located on top of largest hill. Michigan winters are like this. Our road is one of the worst for snowplows🤗🇺🇸🇨🇦

For years I tried to understand why I loved winter and what was in its peace and feelings of safety. I realize now that when we are faced with storms like this, everything is in its place. People are in their homes (God bless and help the homeless), animals are in their shelters, and that's where I believe that feeling comes from. Every living thing finds its place.

My 3 kids when they were little used to love it when this blizzard kind of weather happened on weekends. Our back yard was set up with good flood lights and they would bundle up and go outside with our Norwegian Elk Hound and run around playing. We had the most fun.

I am literally looking at property like we see here---I retired early, live in the PacNW...and while I love the 4 seasons, SNOW and BLIZZARDS and STORMS have ALWAYS been my absolute sweet spot! And during the fun, I intend to have zero responsibilities outside my dwelling, so basically I would watch, listen, read, play board games with my teen granddtr, watch amazing films, cook huge stews and fresh salads...ya know, doing all the great things in life! So I am very seriously considering living 6 months a year in a place with real winter weather-spend 1/2 spring, all of summer and 1/2 of fall in the Pac NW!!! ALL of winter, 1/2 of fall and 1/2 of spring in Stormsville USA! I DISTINCTLY remember when I was little--my Barbies were always having to pack up and take off, and I was pretending it was because a storm was coming! They had to pack their suitcases (matchboxes covered with construction paper)--sure to bring their faux leopard fur coats, hats and wedding gowns (my grandmother was literally known in California for designing and creating couture Barbie clothes in the1960s/70s!)! Also on the supplies list: plenty of blankets, boots and ski pants 🙃 ! It was always a group of 3 female Barbies, with no Ken, but each Barbie had a baby with them, and I spent hours cutting up fabric to make a supply of diapers. At the time, disposable diapers hadn't been invented lol. THEIR TRANSPORTATION WAS ALWAYS A SHOE BOX, all covered with construction paper, wheels drawn on, the whole bit. Not a car tho--it was actually an RV~! Yes I pretended we always tried to make it to the nearest KOA campground before the storm hit! I would use an old GI Joe I had (given to me by my aunt, who always wanted boys stuff, and turned out to be gay--and retired as a high ranking member of the army!), as the Camp Guide, who took their money--yes, each Barbie had a purse full of custom made money, and paid for everything! GI Joe was also the one who helped them set up their RV!! The RV was GREAT when someone gave me a BOOT BOX! THEN they all had plenty of room to sleep, do their hair, put their makeup on, while the babies slept separately in their (butter box) cribs! THIS WAS A DEADLY SERIOUS and FUN GAME! I would spend HOURS and DAYS completely 100% engrossed and playing on my own! And it's not like we were poor, I could've asked for whatever Barbie thing or dwelling I wanted; it just didn't occur to me! I had a great imagination, read every day for at least 3 hours from the 2nd grade on--it was the 70s!! We still rode bikes all day on our own, and 50 cents could get you 2 comics and a hamburger! Jeezus I feel like I just wrote a book!!!

I LOVE that you can see that EACH Tree is moving IN SYNC with Each gust of the howling wind-proving that the scene is real👍 I Also put it on my phone each night when i go to bed-bcuz i live in Mexico, near the beach in a Tropical town, and HAVE to have my a/c on for the warm night’s-and THIS video helps me drift off to sleep, as i bury myself in my warm soft blankets and feel the cold a/c on my face!😝Always makes me thankful that i have a clean and comfy bed to sleep in, Every nite👍

This really has the sound of a storm. When I was a kid we used to say, "The buzzard is coming! I can't wait for the buzzard!" People would look at us like we were insane! "You mean the blizzard?" "There's a blizzard predicted." "Do you mean that?" And we would answer, "No! There's a BUZZARD coming." "It'll be so much fun when it gets here!" Then we would keel over laughing and those people would just shake their heads. This one sounds like the best we've ever heard. So soothing.
