Despite everything the Vulture did, and the fact he could’ve killed Peter before he looked at the goods and said “bingo”, Peter never intended to hurt him but to just stop him and do what was right, carrying him away from the fire. That’s just the kind of person Peter Parker is, and that’s why he’s a real hero.

I've watched this scene a couple of time and now that I think about it the Vulture sabotaged himself. I mean, there was peter completely powerless and unable to do anything, he could have flown that plane instead of fighting peter and damaging it in the process.

He would have died if didn't go to the hospital behind scnese. His hospital bill was outrageous after he fell from 1000ft from a plane.

And that's why Michael Keaton's Vulture worked so well in this MCU movie. His story is written as tragic as it would normally be in a Raimi film.

@ I’ll never hold these films in as high esteem as anything Raimi has done, night & day imo (saying that, No Way Home FAR better than Spider-Man 3 😅). In fact the only part of this film in particular I liked was when Keaton gives Peter/MJ a lift, genuinely well written.
