The ARK Jacks get pretty funny with their tube mounts. The Standard ARK 750 Tube Mount (by Ark Corporation) will fit the standard Extreme Off Road jack mount. Our Highway, Mid Range, and Mid Range XL models use a different size jack mount which our Ark Adapter plate will work for, but the plate is only designed for the ARK 350 and 500 models due to the ground height of the trailers.

FYI the plate for the ArkJack 750(black one that you bought) won’t work with the plate from Hiker’s website. The plate is made for the ArkJack 500 & the mounting bracket is different on the 750. The plate offered on the ArkJack site is the same size as the tube on the Hiker trailer….it won’t work either. I just went through this with the 750 I bought. I mounted it on the passenger’s side of the trailer tongue, and used the factory jack from Hiker on the other side for added stability.
