Epic Turtle Canyon Scuba Dive - Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii

Incredible scuba diving with the Oahu Diving dive shop at Turtle Canyon near Waikiki beach in Honolulu, Oahu in Hawaii. We saw so MANY turtles! I think we captured the true spirit of Hawaii on this wonderful scuba dive with these magnificent, peaceful turtles. Each canyon had a bunch of Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles.

I think we found the true Spirit of Hawaii that day and, although it is still within us, we continue to search for that Spirit through similar adventures and experiences. The oceans and nature provide so much for us that we do need to preserve them like you mentioned. Try this dive if you are ever in Hawaii. If you are not a diver, there may be spots to see the turtles while snorkeling. Hanauma Bay is also and incredible spot to snorkel and also great for kids. Yeah, I've only done one refresher course since I got certified, but this would be very similar and achieve the same thing. The guys at Oahu Diving were really good!

That's wonderful. It's a really good place to do an introduction course. That's how I started diving about 30 years ago (geez I'm getting old), but it was in Jamaica. There are sooo many turtles here in Honolulu as you saw. Also, check out Hanauma Bay for snorkeling. I have a video on here of that as well. You are embarking on an incredible hobby/sport.
