From what I gathered Olivia was supposed to start an Anti-Rogaine commercial and then Tim was supposed to interrupt but Olivia kept messing up cause she couldn't put her helmet on straight, so Tim got bored and came in early which resulted in a stroke for Tommy and Courtney literally dying of laughter. In a sense "that both was and wasn't the bit" hahahha

20:30 if you ever want to get a huge gush from a drink like this when opening it, you need to be pinching the can as hard as you can in one hand between your fingers and your palm (basically crushing it) and then open with the other hand while still squeezing hard. even if it is a can of uncarbonated juice, it will blast out from your crushing the can. the same goes for those squishy thin water bottles. it takes some practice, but you can get it looking pretty natural. there are some magic tricks that rely on this trick
