Like comentators said: "JDG are teamfighting gods". And because RIOT simplified game to such extend, that in pro gaming only heavy focus on teamfighting works, I believe they will win Worlds 2022. Can anyone still remember 2018? Best Worlds ever!
@Bennici2 жыл бұрын
I disagree. You can still draft team comps that want to do 1-3-1 or 4-1 split push, there are team comps that are heavy on poke, team comps that are heavy on sieging or picking single targets, and there's the classical front-to-back teamfight comp with tanks, enchanters, and hyper-carries. All of those are viable and have been played this worlds. The difference between western and eastern teams is simply that eastern teams are better at executing the different comps in the early game, and they also almost never lose when they get ahead. And as one could see from this game and a few others in groups, they are also better at catching up when behind. 2018 the game wasn't that different. And even then, it was mostly just G2 being much better than the other western teams, there was still a pretty big gap between the average western team and the average eastern team.
@marcingluszek75642 жыл бұрын
@@Bennici I think you confusing years my friend. In 2018 G2 bearly qualified from europe. They have to go thru play-ins and then in groups they won tiebreaker against FW. That year at Worlds G2 played almost only 1-3-1 and they still knock out MSI champions RNG in quarters. FNC, C9, korean and chineese teams, all with different playstyle and all of it was viable because game wasn't simplified by RIOT yet. Like I said: 2018 best Worlds ever.

Money. Riot lost viewership when the west tried Bo3 for the regular season like the LPL and LCK does so they went back to Bo1. While EU didnt do nearly as bad as NA this worlds this still leaves a poor taste in ones mouth. Hoping more EU teams will take in younger people and allow them to compete on a meta basis regardless of their previous achivements. Jankos as the biggest example should never be allowed to play in a carry oriented jungle meta and should be subbed out until he proves he can play it higher than his sub, this goes for any pro player in the league.

@@Shreddasaurus or you could have a rotating roaster depending on the meta you sub in one or two different players. I don't think JDG can go beyond semis. Their bot lane is the dead weight that is too heavy to be carried. RGE just didn't exploit this as much as they needed.

Rogue targetting the Oren way too much. They had Sylas 2 v 1 early game w a Leblanc lee sin and didn’t get the kill 😂😂 jdg ADC was behind all game and they styll lost w a fed Leblanc and Kalista. Yeah the L is deserved

How does it ark into the Lucian? He’s clearly not there, and it moves almost 35 degrees and follows him. It should have gone straight and missed, or at least hit the player to his right…
@gagriel67372 жыл бұрын
It’s a visual bug, he actually casted it towards Lucian but when you w back right away on Leblanc it looks like the chain curves. Been in the game for awhile now

You people are overhyping 369 so much. He was laning against Odo, I mean c'mon, hes not even in the top 10 for toplane. Wait till they face T1 in the semi's, then you will see who is the king of toplane.

The "Nasus" picked cost RGE all. You paid for what you did. You let your 1st gone and now you have to face #1LPL. We already know it would be 3-0 after that match couple of days ago.
@m4ng4n2 жыл бұрын
Which second seed do you think they'd have had a better chance? Damwon? RNG? EDG? They were fucked anyways, the worst team in quarters that's not RGE is DRX. Trymbi explained in an interview with Ashley Kang he thought E max Nasus could oneshot Heimer turrets. Also nasus is super strong as an enchanter supp, idk what the fuss is about
@tkraid25752 жыл бұрын
@@m4ng4n In theory that would make sense, but in practice, and in a game where bot lane is gapped, well that tanked hard.
@pratikroy2272 жыл бұрын
@@m4ng4n For that strategy to execute you need to win lane hard but when when you and your adc both gets hand diffed you shouldn't try offmeta pick and stick to trusted tanky Leona and her point blank CC engage.
@m4ng4n2 жыл бұрын
@@pratikroy227 I disagree, I think nasus requires less skill than Leona + we all know how mono engage champs go when you're behind. Engage vs engage you lose, engage vs enchanter you lose. The only way to not lose the lane is going for an outsustain/outtrade lane as I see it
