I tallied up what they got from each pin and sets, they got 6 sets in total. Scar had 6, Dr Facilier had 17, Evil Queen had 21, Prince John had 11, Mother Gothel had 15, Maleficent had 16, , Queen of Hearts had 15, Ursula had 18, Lady Tremaine had 16, Jafar had 17, Hades had 16, Cruella De Vil had 12, Captain Hook had 6, Chernabog 10, Shere Khan had 6 and Gaston had 18.
