Japan doesn't have tall players, so they had to master aspects such as reflexes on receiving and speed of passing to surprise their rivals on offense. For this, great respect is due to Japan! Unfortunately, in a clash with a rival like Poland, this is not enough. On the other hand, losing to Poland is no shame - they are currently the best team in the world, and Japan played as equals in the first two sets.

How are they short? Many of them are 190cm and some of them are even 200cm+, sure some are 175cm but you can't tell that they lost due to their size, they were great, kudos to japan, but Poland in this season was just unbeatable

Japan could have won but they are not programmed yet believing in their team that they can really make it to the finals. Japan is just happy to be part of the grand finalists. Imagine Brazil who used to wipe out Japan last year was already eliminated ahead, but Japan was still on the go for the grand finals and luckily landed Bronze....great achievement for Japan after 14 years!

If you lose, just lose, don't make too many excuses. Leon has been playing for the Polish national team since 2019. Poland won the world championship in 2014 and 2018 that is before Leon played in the Polish national team. You have to be a total ignoramus to think that Poland is strong just because Leon plays there. P.S Poland has played against Japan in volleyball as many as 26 times. Japan won only 3 times and lost as many as 23 times.T For Poland, matches with Japan are like friendly matches, because you know who will win anyway :)

It is not just annoying European crowd, this crowd are Poles supporting their national team. Besides, the match took place in Poland, which explains the large number of Poles in the stands. The Japanese team played against Poland more than once, so everyone knew what to expect, seeing that Polish support always looks like this. Just to be clear, I love both teams, but I just want to explain why the matches against Poland in Poland looks like this. If anyone expects silence in the stands, they should watch a tennis match.
