The Epiphone Dove Pro guitar is an awesome acoustic guitar. This is one of the best acoustic guitars I have ever played. I dig Epiphone guitars. They are owned by Gibson. The quality is there. This Epiphone Dove Pro shines. If you're looking for a great acoustic guitar, I got my Dove at Musician's Friend. If you're thinking about one, consider Musician's friend and the Epiphone Dove.

I have one of these babies! I had my set-up double checked at my Local Music store and had a real (Not Imitation) bone, Nut, Saddle, And bridge pins installed. Those improvements made the Ole' girl even sweeter!

En España tiene un precio de unos 300 euros y eso es muy barato para la buena guitarra que es... y es tan bonita, tan poética...es genial para mí. In Spain have a price about 300 euros, and its a genial low price for these guitar. Its very beautifull and peotics...genial for me. I like to adquire this guitar for my 5o and some years more next birthday. Sorry for my poor english, i dont use this in my normal life. jeje

Is there a such thing as a guitar that is too loud. Ur picking softly from the look of it n it's just so loud. Need a pick that doesnt have a lot of attack. It's so articulate that it is unforgiving with any slight mistakes. N exaggerates the attack of the pick. Picks by Alice r rounded off at the edges n have less attack. Smoother. Even wooden pick, if there is such a thing.

I am shure, the sound what we here is from the piezo pickup. A maple guitar is never so much loud.

It's been awhile, but I just happened on this video. I'm debating between Hummingbird & Dove. So, I've seen a lot of videos. There are 2 kinds: the guy talks it to death & never plays (or there are 2 guys doing schtick for 3/4 of the video), or the guy(s) play on a Clapton-wannabe level that I still don't know what the guitar sounds like or any specs. But, Carl is the real thing! A guy with the guitar he loves with a passion. Carl, man, you sold me on the Dove! I'm a singer/songwriter, also. If you did nothing but reviews, I would watch them all! As Duke Ellington would say, You are beyond category.

I didn’t have to do a thing to it. It’s great. Playing and writing songs with it every day. I even put it through some simulated amps and use it for electric and lead parts to the songs I write.

It is very pretty and its seems to be a step up from the Humming bird..if i get another acoustic it will be the the Dove!
