Hello ,it been now week that I m watching videos from you're yt channel and I really enjoy it. So new subscriber 👏👍💕 you guys are genuine cool honest in you're reactions,you're taking time to discover bts,more important is I like how you express yours POVs and perspective form messages behind their music but also appreciation for each members from their talent as artist + personalities ,journey ,..the way you guys give you're opinion based on you're experience and thought for example here: your conversion about parents expectation ,kids insecurity was interesting -for me Jin is:such genuine human been,if I could choose quote that represent jin it will be "Peoples who laugh the most ,cry the hardest,the one who Smile the brightest feel the deepest pain" Jin is those type of person who chose other feelings above himself,selfless and sensible but hide this behind his humour,we can describe him as most hilarious funny one from group ,a lots of dad jokes can make himself silly to let other laugh,the one who have always smile on His face ,love to encourage others bringing positivity,fun to people around him,Even if he is inside struggling he prefer to hide it and not show it with his reaction action in daily life to not trouble others. Ah, I adore Jin. It took me a while last year as a new fan to warm up to him but it wasn’t until his speech he made with the others at the Dear Graduates of 2020 ceremony where he really caught my attention. He talked about how he had struggled to keep up and it felt very relatable to me. I suggest giving that a watch as well as the performance of it. One of my favourite videos of them :)

Jin, hmmm.... I think Jin is so necessary to BTS, he is the glue. In his actions, visible or not, he holds these guys together. He's a sage to RM, an actual big brother to JK, a confidant to SUGA, etc. I think I feel the most realistic love for Jin, by which I mean I think I could be friends with him regardless of whether he is BTS. He's a good human. I truly hope one day he finds a wonderful partner and has a family of his own. For me, personally, I think he will be the best husband and father. Jin really play his role as the oldest really well: 1. He drives JK to school. He taking care the youngest like his own bro. Jk once said, he almost gave up and go home to his parent house since he can't deal with his home sick as he live alone in capital city, Seoul. But Jin who his parent live in Seoul, take JK to his house, eat together with his family, basically taking care of him so he won't feel lonely 2. He cooks for members. Since his family live near the dorm back in the day he bought cooking equipment from his house so he can cook for them. There a lot of moment in BTS reality show that Jin, even until now responsible for cooking and taking care their meal (i really respect him for that since cooking for 7 guys must be hard) 3. Back in the days, RM joked around said he a bit upset Jin didn't cook for him in his birthday like he usually did to other members. He cooked in their birthday so the guys can eat homemade food at least once in year instead of eat junk food from reastaurant. Jin said they had busy schedule and didn't get enough sleep so sometimes hard to cook in every member birthday but he said he will cook for RM as an appology leter 4. Even he is the oldest he respect RM and his leader role, for asian culture it could be hard since usually the older the ine has authorithy. But Jin doesn't want use that role and listen to RM even he is 3 years younger than him

Oh man, there is so much to say about Jin. He is so genuine and good natured. I recently watched the first 2 Festas they had and the change in Jin from than to now is crazy. He has come out of his shell and shows so much more confidence. In an interview he said that the reason he says things like world wide handsome and blows kiss is because it helps him build that confidence and self esteem. The way he interacts with each of the members his so touching. Even though he is the oldest in the group his still has so much respect for Namjoon as a leader of BTS, and his talent goes without saying. The hardwork he had put into becoming the singer and dancer he is now is amazing. I love his voice. So much more to him than his goofiness, although that is part of his charm.. haha💜

I don’t think Jin is the only member who constantly pushes himself. They all do. Being a K pop idol is extremely competitive (& yes BTS transcends k pop) and so being the oldest in a group where the younger members had already come in with lots of prior experience, even V mentions having taken some type of dancing or singing classes before being discovered, is a lot of stress. However Jin is very impressive because he never let himself be the reason BTS would fail at dancing and singing. He put in extra work to keep up particularly with his dancing and his singing is so incredible now. When I listen to a lot of their live performances he sounds sooo consistent. I admire him and he’s truly a humble and kind guy. There are tons of videos where other Korean celebrities talk about how kind and thoughtful Jin is.

Jin and J-Hope are the ones that remain a mystery to me. Both of them are very private, yet recognize very publicly that they do indeed hide a lot of who they are. Both try to be/present the best, most outgoing, confident and happy version of themselves while trying to keep the "imperfections" to themselves. To some degree, I can tell that they see what they do and who they are on camera as a tool to reach people and lift up the others and basically make every interaction as pleasant as possible, for both the other members and whoever they are interacting with. And they also use that to keep a barrier of sorts between their professional lives and their personal lives, to maintain a modicum of privacy and a strong sense of self in an environment in which so much of what you do and how you act is so strongly monitored and documented. I'm glad that they both seem to have found a mechanism that works for them, to separate private life from work without coming to resent being public figures and remaining sincere in their love for what they do and for Army. And as fans we should accept this, without demanding more or assuming that this means they are pretending to be something they aren't.

He helped me, do not say you cannot do something but thru hard work, diligence, perseverance and a humbleness which recognizes we always need to work toward improvement.That’s what I’ve come to appreciate with Jin. this video failed to mention more of his intelligence and many talents. jin tends to humble himself in front of people so i’d like to point out a few things: - jin got an early admission in one of Korea’s top universities, Konkuk University which had an acceptance rate 201:1.. this was before he was under bighit. he also got an early admission in another top university but he chose Konkuk - he was a college student when he was scouted by bighit just for his looks - he auditioned to be an actor but later on was convinced to be part of bts so he had to learn how to sing and dance starting from zero - he chose to finish his studies despite training with bts, meaning that he was juggling both work and studies - he graduated university back in 2017 and later on decided to take on a masters degree - he has very high EQ, probably the highest in the group. he has very strong mentality and doesn’t get fazed during difficult situations - he’s naturally an introvert so him goofing around and calling himself WWH is all so that he can lighten the mood for the members - he likes to read and is actually very philosophical. you can see it in the way he delivers his speeches - he’s very smart with mind games - he is an amazing chef along with suga - he is very multitalented. he taught himself how to play the guitar and piano, he is a phenomenal singer, a good dancer, he is good at sports as well such as golf, tennis, snowboarding, billiards and more.

RM represents my analytical side, Suga my emotional side and Jin represents my hope. He has his insecurities and started off with disadvantages compared to the other members. He is also the oldest giving him great responsibility and it couldn't have been easy knowing that the others had previous training he didn't have. That would have been a source of embarrassment to him. It's hard being one step behind everyone else. It's like being last in every race you run. He also had to support RM who is the natural leader of BTS while still maintaining his role of the oldest. He had so many struggles that he learnt to overcome. That's why I have a very soft spot for Jin in my heart. He makes me want to love myself, nurture myself and support myself. This year I'm going to make more effort to show my bright side.

Jin is really a shy person, you would be able to notice it when people praise him, his ears turns red. He goofs around to make his members laugh and lighten the mood. Jin is a sensible person. He is funny and goofy but I can say that he is also mature when the situation calls for it. He is humble and caring, and the list could go on and on. Thanks for your reaction. I can relate to Jin. As a volleyball player of my faculty’s club( I’m doing Bachelor’s degree), I used to be one of the hearts of my team but after I had quit for a month due to another schedule, when I came back again everyone was already beyond me and I could not catch up them. And finally I got kicked out as a ground player in 2nd year when my team finally got 2 new talented players. ‘Only you who should know how hard you work.’ inspired me, so everyday that my team doesn’t have practice I practice alone at least 30 minuets. I’m not talented as others, I have come this far because of my hard work. If my friends do 10 then I have to do 20 so I would be able to stand along side to them. Thanks to Jin, I won’t give up easily and will silently improving myself so one day I’ll be able to be there again proudly and can be the one who my team can rely on.

BTS makes people self-reflect. BTS makes us talk about our take on what they say/do/lyrics and then how/what we do. While other songs in general by other artists can be conversation starters, etc. there’s no guarantee that the next one will do that, but with BTS we do have that guarantee year after year since the beginning. This is what happens when you have seven artists who think differently from each other who also have the artistic freedom to insert their opinion on direction of song etc. BTS makes people think/talk/take action and we have that guarantee that the next thing they do will reveal something else in army/members. And sometimes making a small adjustment in how we think can really change how we are as people. Taking action regarding social issues it’s probably a big factor. If they see some thing that isn’t working or if through our letters/tweets we tell them what isn’t working in society, they’ll bring it up. Big hit was revolutionary in allowing artistic freedom, but fate really did have something to do with bringing the seven people with their seven different ways of thinking and Namjoon’s sexy brain (genius) together. I love Jin, my first bias in BTS before Tae..Jin is truly the hyung in BTS, I can relate to him on so many levels, wanting parents to be proud of him and doing well etc..that is what most asian kids are like, i remember when I was younger many many years ago hahaha, I studied hard in school and got straight A for all subjects just because I want to hear my mom say I did well and proud of me. It's kind of a typical asian thing, sons are more favoured by their moms rather than daughters but I took it as a challenge and did better in my studies than my brothers..but later in life I realised it's not a competition anymore..I learnt to love myself. (English is not my first language so the way I express my thoughts and words may be a bit confusing to you.)

Another thing, Jin was born in Year of Monkey. He’s a mix of goofy/dorky and sweet on one side and quiet/alone/gaming/practicing on his own after group practice on the other. The dichotomy of being the silliest and at the same time being an introvert is really huge. He’s naturally shy but he’s also a performing artist so his thoughts about his performance/demeanor are on armys. He has said that he wants to make army smile/feel good because if he’s upset he knows armys will be upset, so he hides the side that isn’t confident behind “worldwide handsome.” Jin may not feel “world wide handsome” but when he said that the first time, armys in the crowd (at a fan meet) smiled and laughed and he said that their smiles made him feel so good. So he says that knowing we will smile. Jin answers our questions when he’s doing live chats but he waits for us to ask rather than just telling us what it takes to do what he does. I think becoming an actor (his degree) was so that he could act/be someone different in each role: the role would give him the role that is confident, or funny, or charismatic. Instead, he joined BTS which is all about being a genuine person and sharing what’s inside of you, so even if he wants to be a private person he shares as much of his life as/when he feels comfortable, with us. And he’s been doing that for more than seven years both on camera and on his own livestreams with army. Introvert army is able to really connect three of the members are introverts naturally and each one handles opening up a little bit differently and the fact that we have seven years plus of lives with them shows how they’ve changed and also how they haven’t changed. We can see that everything happened organically; they may have a larger persona that is shown, but they also show us their other sides.

Thank you for your reaction and comments!!! Jin had to work harder than the rest of the BTS members. He was the only one who had not got experience about singing or dance before joining BTS. I love his voice in "Born singer" at the end. Anyway, Jin respects RM who is 3 years younger then him. For Korean culture it could be hard since usually the eldest has authority over the others . But once again, BTS breaking with cultural rules that comes from centuries. and that nobody questions because they follow them. Jin never abused (his age) with the rest. Many BTS songs point to the Korean society in its customs and many times injustices. For example : "No more dream" (debut) , "N.O" and "Dope". A criticism of education and even target the same parents who press their children in a demanding society and with the highest suicide rates in the world (When you react to those songs I will leave explanations of the lyrics.) Remembering they were teenagers when they sang it. One other bts song with a criticism, is "Silver Spoon". But it is interesting. Because the age topic, even the youngest must address with different words to the elderst. I learn it from an Argentina/Koreana in my country. This is the reason that I like so much, Suga. He is the most critical of all. Even the Korean custom is not to talk about their depressions or phobias. It's like something rejected that you say your need to go a psychiatrist. I also did well at school, and my mom favored me (the eldest) and my brother after me over the 2 youngest. It was one of the reasons i left home to work in the big city 1hr's plane ride away, so that my mom would rely on my younger sister and they would be closer. I can say that it worked. But until now sometimes my sister has the thought of being less loved and favored, and having to wear hand-me-downs and not being bought new stuff. Like her first instinct was to compare. But she's matured now and is cognizant of her behavior and where it was rooted. We are now very very close, thank goodness.

Festa is the annual celebration of their debut. It’s a two-week period that includes behind the scenes clips, release of covers or original songs by some members, and a gathering of the members for an hour long question & answer and/or game play, plus honest talks about that year or what’s on their minds. During the times that the boys gathered to “chat” with ARMY we learn so much! The celebration ends with a concert/showcase and it is beyond spectacular and fun. To say that they give you more than enough content to stay engaged is an understatement. I strongly feel this is why most ARMY think of them as close friends/family. We’ve seen them grow up, some have grown up with them, and they’ve never chided away from opening up about so many things. This series you’re watching is great because even though it includes assumptions by the producer, it their use of actual clips of the member/members that truly tell the story of them. Enjoyed watching it with you for a second time. 😊

8:26 I think, as a child’s perspective at least in my country, the only thing you can do for your parents as a return is to be successful, can be proud of, can take care them or at least can take care of myself so they don’t have to worried about us that much. My parents don’t take these things seriously but sadly most of my community is. Sometimes during waiting to take their kids from school, the mothers gather around and having conversations like ‘my son achieves this’, ‘my daughter dose that’, ‘I’m so proud of my child because...’ and that put and end of a friendship between my two friends. It’s not like every parents want it but we are kinda taught indirectly either by our school or society somehow.

I have three girls and all of them are different. Oldest 27,24 and 17 years. I love them all and with each one i have a different bond. I am proud of them all. Oldest is a teacher,middle is in the army,yougest makes me an army💜. Ithink she is regret it now🤣🤣👍💜💜

Thank you for always adding your own thoughts related to the videos you react to. You guys make a lot of sense and it's like fate that younstumbled upon BTS. It' s true what you said about firstborns. My eldest and second child were only 1 1\2 yrs apart and my second child (a daughter) somehow was a bit overlooked because we were concentrating more on our eldest specially when he was starting to show intellectual/mental skills at the age of 3. I only realized it years later and how I wish I could turn back time specially to that specific moment that I remembered when I scolded my daughter for interrupting when I was teaching her brother. That made a negative impression on her. I'm glad she overcame it. So to all parents, be careful and more appreciative of all your children. They are all precious and unique.

It's not that his Mom doesn't complement him.. he is well loved by his parents, it's just that he wants them to be proud of him for achieving something. And his the youngest of 2 boys not six in his family. He is the oldest member of BTS , and they are like his brothers. What i love about Jin is his positivity about life and perseverance to achieve his goal.

During the New Year's Live Meet & Greet there was a question about dancing. Jin said what he did was dance movements and V was not having it. He basically told him to talking about himself that way. Jin finally gave into V.

I love how the two of you interact. It cost nothing to be KIND, whether it is with friends or family. Hateful words last a lifetime and you can never take them back once they are said. Everyone should practice giving others positive reinforcement whether they are doing something big or little. Sometimes it is the littlest things that mean the most. I have told a stranger in the grocery store that I liked her hair or scarf and seen her demeaner change as she walked away. It is not a big deal but for that one moment it made her feel special. I believe "God", or whoever you believe in, put me here for a reason and I don't know that telling that woman she had beautiful hair/scarf was not that reason. It is not always the big things that can change your life. I am 69 years old and I learn something new everyday. Some of the stuff I learn from watching your reaction videos. Jin was wearing pyjamas of his BT21 character "RJ' - ARMY comments that RJ merchandise is difficult to find because Jin basically buys it out wherever he goes, it's sorta of an in-joke. If you watch his VLive of him playing the piano, RJ is with him. If you watch Bon Voyage, he purchases an RJ plushie to accompany him on the plane (although he already has one in his carry-on). If you watch BTS In the Soop, you'll see Jin sleeping in his RJ pyjamas. If you watch Run BTS, you'll see Jin giving the other members RJ merch as gifts. When they travel on tour, RJ goes with him. BTW, "RJ" is an alpaca of Jin's own creation, a collaboration between LINE and BTS. All members have a BT21 character that they created themselves.

Jin would be my Ultimate Bias if JHope didn't have that extra something (self confidence maybe because he was a dancer before BTS). At first (my daughter still kills me that I didn't like Jin and JHope) I felt Jin was just plain akweird till I saw how hard he works, how caring he is and how truly talented he is. BTW, from what I have gathered, Festa initially began as a celebration of the day they debuted (June 13th). The first one they showed them cleaning their apartment, cooking a meal together (mostly Jin cooking) and reflecting on the past year and what they want to happen in the coming year. A lot of the Festa clips (the one where they are at the table eating) have shown up in these videos and in Chalfants channel. It probably would've been a good idea to just have watched the whole thing at this point essentially without a middle man editing in little snippets into documentaries.

I don't tend to believe fan-made videos coz they are too melodramatic at times and they often show clips out of or without the full context. Some clips tend to be misleading and exaggerate things as well. There are some well researched ones out there but I just watch official videos to know the members better. They are honest enough in their vlogs and in their interviews. Also, I always look out for the source material/references/original videos so that i can watch them as is without the influence of the narrative pushed by the video creators.

During his training, debut, and early idol years, he was actively going to uni classes, doing assignments (i read somewhere that his professors always praised him for those and said he was never late!), and eventually graduated in 2017 with a degree in art and acting! That's the same as doing three jobs while getting yourself through grueling uni exams, papers, and lectures! ;___; He's been through a lot and he is STILL the positive funny hyung for the members and an adorkable man that we all love!
