Geological layers evidence is not explaining the fact that different layers has different species but actually it tells us that not only there are different species in different layers but also the species grow more complex and complex when we trace them from bottom to top layers...means there is a clearcut transition from simple to more complex which is a potential evidence for evolutiion

1. You seem to be always mixing Darwinism with evolution. One can still believe in evolution while denying Darwinism. 2. God is not a good alternative hypothesis. God is defined to be perfectly good and wise. So we would expect products of God to be without any defect and without any room for improvement. But this isn't what we find in the world of living organisms. Lots of organisms, including humans, could have had a better design. Such examples of how bodies of organisms could have been better can be found in abundance in the internet if one searches for arguments like "arguments from poor design" or "dysteleological argument", but let me just give simplest of examples. It would have been way better if we had the ability to regenerate parts of our body once we lost them or were born without them. There are already some animals who can regenerate some parts of their bodies, so why don't we, humans, have it too? It would also have been so much better if we had a natural bodily mechanism to cure our blindness, deafness, etc. It would also have been better if we had eyes behind our back too. Why don't we have these obvious things? This weakens the God hypothesis. Moreover, the other arguments against God weaken the God hypothesis even further. One good argument against a generic God( perfect being) is the inductive problem of natural and moral evil. And there are more arguments against the God hypothesis if we are talking about a specific God such as the God of Islam or Christianity. 3. Using God as an explanation for a natural phenomena can be done for anything other than just creation of organisms as you do. For example, I can say things fall not because of gravity but because of God making them go down everytime someone drops an object. But you don't say that. So why make a special exception for evolution? Is it because of your bias due to your religious upbringing? 4. The reasons you give about why fossil record or any other claimed evidence for evolution are bad can be given for any other piece of scientific evidence used to substantiate other scientific theories. This is the very nature of scientific method. It uses abductive and inductive reasoning to substantiate theories. Let me tell you why fossil record is considered evidence for evolution. When Darwin proposed his idea of common descent, the theory predicted that all the real world data that we have would conform to the theory, that is, none would contradict the theory. And so far the predictions have been successful. It was predicted that fossil record would show a change in the complexity of organisms; the older the layer, the more simpler the organisms. So far this is what we have observed. Another thing is that with the fossil record, scientists have constructed a family tree of organisms that shows which species might be related to which. After having constructed this family tree, we have another prediction: that the family tree would be pretty much consistent with family tree constructed using other pieces of evidence such as genetics and anatomy. Guess what? The family trees are pretty consistent with each other. A successful prediction. Not to mention genetics and anatomy by themselves are evidences for evolution. My question is if theory of evolution by common descent is wrong, then how come it's so successful in its predictions? All it would have taken to falsify evolution would be something like a fossil of a species which is found out of place. For example, finding a chimpanzee fossil in the triassic period or anytime before that would falsify common ancestry. So why is that we haven't found any such falsifying evidence yet? And here is another problem with God hypothesis. God hypothesis can't be falsified as one can't make predictions with it (unfalsifiability of God hypothesis only holds if one accepts skeptical theistic position, but skeptical theism itself has various problems and the logical conclusion of a skeptical theistic route would be agnosticism, the suspension of judgement regarding the existence of God) . God can do whatever he wants. He could have created very complex organisms in the earlier period, thereafter he could have created much simpler organisms. But we don't find this in the fossil record. And what's even more striking is the fact that God has omniscience. He already would have known humans in the future would use the simple-to-complex fossil record as evidence for common descent. All he had to do was create some organisms out of place so as to render fossil record useless as evidence for evolution. But we don't find this to be the case. Very surprising! 5. Your point regarding abiogenesis has nothing to do with evolution. Even if it's true that the first cell was created by God, or whatever supernatutal or natural being, it still wouldn't falsify evolution by common desecent.
