Wow Eric, you ain't kidding this really is an exciting project. I think I have watched every ICF vid out there and is always fun to watch it being done. You've clearly put a lot of thought into this one, will be fun to see the job progressing. I find it sort of scary / fascinating to see when they're pouring ICF, they set their braces slightly proud to the outside, then true it up to a string line by moving their braces prior to concrete setting up. Well, the more I watch your vids the more I think it would be fun to do business with you all some time. Take care :-)

ICF is one of the easy building systems... We built a gun safe under the fireplace. The home owner then has a book case hung on the door the the gun room... looked good

I'm trying to do that on a project right now. I'm freaking about if the forms/fabric will hold the weight of the concrete. All the fastfoot videos show that it works, but still timid

Eric, I know you are a smart dude, so, WHY the hell do you not have metal forming spikes ? " Better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it" - My grandpa. I have seen you need them a couple of times. They're cheep and compact, they should be on every form trailer you have buddy.
