No, they just are supporting them which is super. No better way to reach your audience then by paying people who already do the very thing you're paying them to do.

Yes, you're correct. They could claim all D&D videos on youtube. Or like Nintendo, take a cut of any revenue if they wanted. It seems more like they are embracing created content using their property. It makes sense since D&D is just a framework of rules for story telling and the story telling content is being created by the people in the video. More so than any video game stream or LP which primarily contain commentary on the game, there of course being exceptions like people who use video games to RP.

@Justin You just repeated what I said in different words. If you pay people to host their stream on your channel you have bought rights to the stream, or at least the VoDs of the stream. These videos cannot be posted anywhere else.

Clearly you do not understand the difference between a stream and an IP. "High Rollers" belongs to Yogscast, "High Rollers: Uncharted Territory" is at least jointly owned by WotC. That's why their videos are here.
