Great video! I come from a middle distance background so don't have as much awareness of what sprinters/hurdlers do in training. Really enjoying the details of the sessions. Presumably the Danish weather was something you were aware of before you decided to move there? Why Denmark? It's not a country that you here any other UK athlete moving to. Everything looks good from a training point of view but would be interested in the motivation behind the move.
