Episode 1 | Messianic Teachings for Christians

Join us as Monte brings us a new teaching entitled Messianic Teachings for Christians. In this teaching, Monte delves into the church teaching they have received and contrasts it with what Messainics are learning. The first topic in this program deals with Yeshua’s statement that He came to “fulfill the Law and the Prophets.” Additional topics deal with keeping Sabbath, Clean and Unclean foods, Biblical Holidays, and others. This is not an introduction to Judaism, far from it. It is a detailed review of what the Messiah and His Apostles taught and did concerning these topics. It will explain what Judaism has added to the Bible and what Christianity has taken away from the Bible.

I’m a child of Yehovah, Yaweh is a mispronunciation of the יהוה because the sages kept one of the vowels from the name called a cholum, and they pronounce the vav as a waw sound by saying ancient Hebrew does not have a V sound which is completely ignorant, in fact they who wrongly pronounce the vav as waw is using what is called Matres lexiones, where they would use a letter or consonant the vav and make it into a vowel sound but the Name יהוה are four consonants not vowels. I hope that made sense it gets very complicated and ignorant Hebrew students don’t know or understand the Hebrew language and how the vowels came to be called the Nikkud

The Church fathers were what John wrote in Revelation to hate the deeds of the Nikolaitans, who made he leaders above the laity or the commandments people and also broke away from the Messianic believers who scattered at the time of the destruction of the Temple and went to Asia, that is where the 7 congregations came to imaged as the Minorah. The Christian side was from the Church fathers who came from Antioch and brought their Nikolaitans theology to Rome and set Rome up as the top level of their false religion, and that’s where the split from keeping the Sabbath and all the commands taught by Paul and all the Apostles and changed and added to and took away from the instructions of the Torah and frankly what Yeshua himself taught.

@@papabarooski2566 That Passage was referring to Gentiles, not Unclean Foods. Some animals are Unclean for physical reasons. Jesus didn't send those demons into a Pig just because they were around. The Parodical Son was living in Sin and example of Pigs was used. They are Made Up of Enzymes. They eat filth and everything that is garbage. Today's Torah Portion that I'm watching as I write this just spoke of Clean and Unclean Issues. Is it you don't want it to be that way because you might have to give it up??? It tastes good??? Monte, what you said today is exactly what I was going through, many years ago. Back then, I had wonderful Christian friends, and still have wonderful Christian friends all over. But I knew there had to be more than what I was being taught and had been taught. I searched for years, as the Father led me to learn more about Israel, how they didn't do as He said and they got into trouble. They had to give an answer, just as we will. The more I learned about being Messianic, the more I realized that I too will have to give an answer to my God, who is my Creator. In your ministry over the years, I have come to realize that I had been taught incorrectly, only because they had been taught incorrectly. Yes, I know Yeshua (Jesus) is the Son of God, and several other things that we both believe, but there are many other things that God said in which were being taken away from what He said. I now love knowing truth, and doing what He said. I thank you for sharing what you have with me, and am looking forward to His Kingdom, which will come soon. HalleluYah! I can relate to all you said, particularly about now "loving knowing truth, and doing what He said." I have tried to explain it to people with an analogy: You were raised on Cool Whip and then somehow you got to taste real whipped cream. In fact, you didn't even know it existed. Because you care about your health and realize it actually tastes better, you make the effort to make real whipped cream now, even though it takes a little work, because you realize Cool Whip was just a fake imitation, a facsimile, that lacks the benefits of the real thing. You try to convince others and share the real thing with them. Some folks decide to stick with Cool Whip, because it's what they were raised on, what they're used to, it's convenient, and they don't have to do any work for it other than buying it and opening it. It's still not the real thing, and they convince themselves that the trade-off of lacking health benefits, or even causing harm is worth it for the taste and convenience. I've been walking Torah for 18 years now, and I am still astounded at its depth of meaning, its relevance to natural law and the order of the universe, its small and large practical, physical benefits, and the powerful, positive sense that I am walking in sync with the Creator, literally revolutionizing and putting meat on the bones of my faith. It works on every level, body, soul, and spirit.

As an Australian believer I was taught rightly in nearly all things, & I praise the Lord 4 that but keeping the Shabbat was only 4 Israeli's. But listening 2 Zev Porat who told us that God created us 2 work 6 days & on the 7th day "cease" (Shabbat), now I do this with knowledge & it benefits having a day of rest. Jesus is our Sabbath rest. When we rest in the finished work of the cross, we rest from all efforts to obtain favor from God by our inadequate works. We rest in Christ so we keep the Sabbath rest every day. We don't still sacrifice animals for our sin because Jesus was the perfect sacrifice and our sin debt is paid in full. We have the rigbteousness of Jesus by faith and if we try to live under the law to be justified, then we are indebted to keep the whole law, which only Yeshua has ever done

Laura, Yeshua (Jesus) was 'The Lamb of God sacrifice, sent by His Father, which would cover intentional sin against God, as before Yeshua, it meant you would be stoned to death. This doesn't mean the other sacrifices were done away with. The only reason there is no longer animal sacrifices, oil and meal sacrifices is, the Romans destroyed the 2nd temple in 70AD. In the future, just before The Great Tribulation, there will again be sacrifices, yes animal sacrifices. And those who take issue with this and speak against it, just before the judgments of God begin, there are 6 angels who will be given shattering weapons, to go out to kill all of those who spoke against God's altar. God's altar is important to Him, as this is His ownership symbol of the earth. The enemy, HaSatan (Satan), causes this future altar to be shut down, as Satan is known as being 'Lawless', the lawless one, meaning he teaches against God's Law and keeping what we were commanded to do. Yes, God will kill even believers who think they are doing God a favor by speaking against His altar. Things such as this are many things I have learned in the past several years, having learned how much God's altar means to Him, as being His ownership symbol of the earth, and the enemy of God is wanting to take this away from Him. This is the main reason why there will be a Great Tribulation, as the enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy what belongs to God. First the judgments of God will take place, then at the end, His wrath, which are much worse than His judgments. Now, His judgments are bad, but on 'The Day of the Lord', when God destroys His enemies which are remaining on the earth. You should watch Monte's teaching titled 'Revealing the Book of Revelation', as he will take you through the entire book and thoroughly explain everything. It is a great teaching which you will enjoy. If you belong to Him, you will have nothing to fear from the enemy ! Shalom shalom !

Jesus (Yeshua) was the ultimate sacrifice once and for all. “Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh, how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭9‬:‭12‬-‭15‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ If you are clamoring for sacrifices at the temple, then Yeshua’s sacrifice is insufficient. That is heresy. Why in the world would the lamb of God suffer, humiliated, died as a common criminal, His blood poured for our sins? This was written by prophet Isaiah 700 years before the event took place. You know the chapter what I am getting at. Yes Isaiah chapter 53. He was judged at night and had 39 lashes with a cat of nine tails. “Behold, My Servant shall deal prudently; He shall be exalted and extolled and be very high. Just as many were astonished at you, So His visage was marred more than any man, And His form more than the sons of men;” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭52‬:‭13‬-‭14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ I love Messianic movement, but I strongly disagree with Monte Judah that Christianity has replaced the people of God. That is replacement theology and not all Christians believe in that theology. Direct descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are the apple in God’s eyes and will never be replaced by anyone else. I have been following his ministry for several years, and he has never claimed this or said this. So with this said, I won't even try to answer or to make an argument with you, about what you first, have incorrectly made an accusation or judgment of what he believes or teaches, which is completely false. Even the writer of Hebrews makes several inaccurate statements about the inside of the temple, stating certain things inside the temple were on a certain side, when actually they were on opposite sides. It was the church fathers who decided what books were to be included in the Bible, as the Canon of the scriptures. Left out was the Book of Thomas, as there were 5 gospels instead of 4, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John and Thomas. But being Thomas doubted, the 'church fathers' decided not to put his book into the Bible. I see the same chasm in the way Jesus speaks about the Law and the way most pastors, theologians and even apologists (which are much closer to Paul’s view) speak about it. It's amazing to me how the scripture about the Torah being written on our hearts is "interpreted" through to mean "so therefore I can just 'folllow my heart' on matters of Torah. The word clearly says to me here that if the Torah is written on MY heart, it would pump the blood through the veins of my entire walk in life...the instructions are written in to the machine (me), and therefore I follow them instinctively, naturally... the Torah will be your "operating system," not just some external commands.

Hi Monty, thanks for your teachings. I am a Christian Jew, or perhaps a Jewish Christian, but I am certainly not a Messianic as you describe. The law, being fulfilled by Christ by no means abolished the law, but put an end to the law of sin and death. Our faith is to be 100% faith in Christ and his work at Calvary! And of course this leads to a righteousness that fulfills the law in us. If your cup of water is fulfilled, it never needs to be filled again, but it certainly isn't abolished. Therefore we refill a cup of water over and over again if necessary. But none of us could fulfill the law 😔 as Christ did and that is the difference. You may not want to admit it, but there is a New covenant in Christ's blood; and yes, as Paul plainly states in Romans, that the taskmaster law is dead. There's a new sheriff in town, and Moses is just His deputy.

We in India have never been taught about replacement theology nor have we been taught that we have to follow more The New Testament and not The Old Testament. It’s my gentile Christian understanding that when Jesus said that not one jot or tittle will pass away until all is accomplished the preachers teach us that Jesus accomplished that by his death on the cross and therefore we are not under the law of Moses. It never really meant complete sense to me so I try to be as Holy as possible just as the Bible says be ye Holy as I am Holy and I know I’m not working for my salvation but I still believe we’re all to keep the commandments of God. There is a hint in the language of that passage. Verse 18 says, "For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled." He says, "till heaven and earth pass away". This is a Hebraism found within the text. In Biblical Hebrew, "heaven and earth", (אֵ֥ת הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם וְאֵ֥ת הָאָֽרֶץ) et haShammayim ve'Et ha'Aretz, is a reference to the universe. When it was used in Genesis 1:1, it was a reference to the creation of the universe. In Matthew 5:17-20, Jesus is stating that the Torah will remain in place so long as the universe continues to exist. Salvation was accomplished on the Cross, when He shed His blood for our sake. On the Cross, He paved the way for sinful Man to gain entry into the Kingdom, and He defeated death. The Torah undergirds the New Covenant because the Torah is His perfect and eternal Law. At no point was it His intent to form a new religion, or introduce a new Torah.

Our Salvation from beginning to end, is Christ's work in us.(Not our work in our self) Christ and Christ alone "Is the author and finisher of our faith"(Hebrews 12:2). "Unless the Lord builds the house, they that build, build in vain, unless the Lord keeps the city, the Watchmen wakes in vain"(Psalms 127:1). Christ is the author and the finisher of our faith! The author of our salvation and the finisher of our salvation. "He that began a good work in us (will) complete it" (Philippians 1:6) Notice: Christ (will) complete the work in us.(not us). Let's stop trying to do(what we can't do) and what Christ says is His work, we are to trust Christ to finished the work he started in us. 2 Timothy 1:12 say's " I know in whom I have believed, and I am persuaded that He (Christ) is able to keep that which I have committed to Him onto that day." Christ will keep us, we have His word on it, and God's word will never fail. Ephesians 1:13-14 teaches us that, " We have been sealed with the Holy Spirit (who is the earnest) the (downpayment) of our inheritance. The Holy Spirit is the (deposit) God's guarantee of the completion of our(salvation) purchased by God(Ephesians 1:13-14). Let us realize and admit, If we were not able to save ourselves what makes us think we are able to keep our salvation? The truth is we can't. 1 Peter 1:5 says,"We are kept by his power" Unless the Lord builds the house (the new birth) they that build, build in vein. Unless the Lord keeps the city ( keeps the new Creation in us) we (work) in vain. it is all in vain, if it isn't the Lord in us from beginning to the end. As it is written," from Faith to Faith"(Romans 1:17) "By The works of the law shall no man be justified"(Galatians 2:16). "The just shall live by faith"(Hebrews 10:38). Faith in the cleansing work of Jesus Christ in us from the beginning, to the end (the completion of our faith, the completion of Christ's work in us. This is why Jesus said, "We would find rest for our souls" because we can trust Christ to save us and keep us saved, this is the rest in Christ. Christ being the author and the finisher of our faith. You must make a decision not to fear(Philippians 4:6) God has not given us the spirit of fear, but love, power and a sound mind. How can anyone in their right mind ask others to believe in the existence of a Deity who makes Mormons so Christians will know how Jews feel, having had their literature hijacked. Nothing fails like prayers in a children's hospital & indoctrinating children is criminal. The faith vocabulary causes the user to be avoided like the old woman with too many cats. Faith "comes not with peace, but sword." Faith comes with wolves dressed as sheep & preaching to the choir. Faith trades the last cow for a pocketful of magic beans & then expects everyone's appreciation. Jesus said, it is a wicked generations which seeks signs such as resurrection. Faith is as worthless as fantasyland magic, since you can't tell mountains to move. The "only sign given" in reality "is Jonah": A believer murdered by other believers because he is outnumbered. The context is Jesus seeing a gathering crowd.

I am 58 and was brought up Southern Baptist. I later changed to a non-denominational "Church of God-type" congregation that at least taught the book of Acts without leaving out most of it..... however,😢 I still didn't feel educated nor did I understand how the Prophets of the Old Testament tied into the teachings of JESUS/Yeshua. It wasn't until I started watching The Chosen that I realized that I was missing the whole history of Yeshua's teachings and his history of His Faith .... The Jewish Faith. So, a couple of weeks ago I started trying to find something to help me find the TRUTH, the History, and the word that we should be studying. I believe that the Messianic faith is a good place for me to learn (I hope )🤗❤️💕. I just found this channel, and I am so interested in finding the correct path to worship and study ❤ !!! Hi, I was involved with Messianic Judaism, & like Christianity & other religions besides, it's Antichrist, meaning MJ is in place of Christ in its leadership & Talmudic practices, over the new testament. First: Jesus stated not calling anyone Rabbi in Matthew 10 & 23. Its customs & practises are from the Talmud "Prayer shawls" Yarmulkes ( head gear) Sabbath lighting of candles, which means to me from the Kabbalah ( I may be wrong). Its stance on the state of Israel, which Yahweh was not instrumental in the so-called rebirth in 1948. Contextual Readings have Isaiah 66:8 as having the nation "born in a day" when Jesus Christ is ruling from Jerusalem in the millennial reign.

They didn't believe in leaders nor one person sermons, but believed that preaching & teachings was in dialogue settings. They built each other up, whenever. What we have now is a Satanic perversion descending from Rome via the Babylonian mystery religions, since the death of the last apostle & the completion of the new testament. Yes, God has worked through "Christianity" as many Christians are "None the wiser" about doctrine & the history. That's how loving God is. Only when one is ready to hear his revelation concerning the above do they leave, as I did. ( 9 years ago) You grew up in the SB, I grew up Roman Catholic, but fortunately in a Secular, agnostic Catholic family. I was the only one to make advances in the faith until Yahweh brought me out. SB & the RCC are just as bad as each other. Apparently Many leaders within the above are Freemasons? Billy Graham was reported to have been a mason along with his son "Franklin?" That's why it's best to stay away from Churches, Synagogues etc, Better safe than sorry.

Thank you for your teachings. I grew up Protestant and always felt that we were not getting the whole story, that something was missing. I found the Messianic teachings to fill that gap.

I have always believed that the ten Commandments are still for today forever even though I'm a Christian in Church. I prayed I'd find a Saturday Church and I'm in a Saturday Church now true Sabbath though I STILL worship in Sunday Church as I worship God EVERYWHERE.
