Hi Aaron and Meghan!! I just want to first start off by saying you guys are amazing and Meghan I know you are going to come out this 110% stronger and you are a warrior by heart in and outside your veins remember that!! Second, I want to let you know on your bad days always tell yourself that this pain and sickness is temporary and it may of won today but your going to win the war! Third, so I have a rare autoimmune disease and I have been on steroids every day for the last 5 years. I’ve been on as high as 60 mgs now I’m down to 6 mgs every single day. So for steroids it really is a person to person reaction. So some days I am really hungry with them where I just want to eat everything other days I can eat normally or even a lighter portion and I’ll be filled up! For the weight aspect it is possible to gain weight with them but they do not effect you as hard as you think. I knew I have gained weight but I am also on 17 different medications a day and 25 medications on Saturday because I have to take methotrexate. If you ever need to talk to someone about medications and reactions please do not hesitate to reach out to me! ❤️ I will be praying and following your journey all the way through! And btw your hair looks phenomenal!
