I picked up some land that I'd been renting for a long time because I always put in a pass of lavender and a pass of sunflowers all around where their house was situated. That was $50/acre back in 05, they upped it to $85 later, but they put it on a paper lease that locked in my purchase price at $6500/acre, and when I finally pulled the trigger, they could have easily gotten $10750. Imagine getting land that touched your land for those terms!
