AWSOME interview with Dirk Benedict. I honestly believe that the way NBC treated The A-Team show and it's Actors was DISGUSTING. THE A-TEAM is the BEST TV Show that has ever been made and was most DEFINITELY the last of the BEST TV shows ever made. #LoveForeverTheATeam ❤🙏

I just bought "Confessions of a Kamikaze Cowboy" because I just flat stumbled across it while doing some late night Amazon surfing. I've been off sugar for 3 years and just 6 months morphed into a 100% organic raw food diet. Becasue I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Can hardly hear what I'm believeing. Thanks, Dirk!

It’s funny that I’ve heard all of Dirk’s stories, he was the guy I wanted to be when grew up when I was young and know his politics, all of which I agree with, yet I still listen to every interview and watch as much I can find of him. How to meet him in person some day. Just a real person who’s not afraid to speak his mind and call it as he sees it.

Such a great interview. I wish there was more podcast in depth substantive interviews with Dirk out there. He really truly deserved a longer career. He was a talented actor and I bet if the opportunity had been given to him he could have even made a meaningful run in feature films. Wish there were more interviews with them out there, and I wish that he would write more and get more active. And kudos to him for being a great father. I would like to learn more about what happened with his father and brother. That sounded intense. Thanks for the interview!

I don't keep up with the podcasting world, so I hadn't heard of your podcast until a friend shared this video on Dirk Benedict Central. I think I'll have to check out more of your work. Love the intro theme, BTW. :) You did a great job with this interview. I'm a fan of Dirk's (obviously, see above), so I've heard multiple interviews of his, and I appreciate how you didn't just stick with standard fan questions but got into some of the other interesting aspects of his life - as you said, once you look into his life outside of acting, you discover there's a lot more to him than is apparent from the iconic roles he played. And I live for discussions of philosophy and the ins and outs of today's culture, so I enjoyed those topics quite a bit. A year ago I was trying to stay clear of the over-the-top Last Jedi hate when it was going on, so I hadn't heard the argument that they picked people for roles simply to fill a desired female/racial quota, but thinking back I can see how accurate that observation is. Anyway, this was fun and kept me entertained while working on some frustrating digital art, so I may have to listen to your podcast more often now. Wish you all the best!

I have kidney disease and have been following this style of organic, base line diet for 23 years now. Was told back in 1994 I was near dialysis within 6 months. Well regardless of the future, that is a nice stretch! Of course, the Dr's don't believe there is a connection........!

How did you get Dirk to do this? For such a small channel, you got some great guests.
@mondaymorningcritic3 жыл бұрын
I appreciate that. I work my ass off to get my guests. Many podcasts in my category (TV and Film) pay their guests, something I will never do. And I turned away one very popular director and one actor who wanted to be paid. All my guests came on from the kindness in the hearts and that speaks volumes about them as human beings. Thank you so much for your kind words. You made my day!

Dirk has been done wrong in the acting world. He's as good as anyone out there. Has the looks and talent. They cant handle his honesty.

@@mondaymorningcritic There's a really terrific review of Confessions of a Kamikaze Cowboy here on YT, in case you still haven't read it, or even if you have. I think you'll really enjoy Michael Mercy's review from 2017 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/b5WsiKOKasl7hck

Monday Morning Critic Podcast Seems like it. I value his candids and it seems to have worked out that he doesn’t get caught up in the Hollywood way of life.
