Your ideas are great. Even I want to help rebuild our country in anyway I can. The most important we must collaborate from inside out. Cambodian living abroad collaborate with her mother land is a great way to build a prosper Cambodia. Stability and minimize corruption. I volunteer to help when the government stop afraid of its people and not try to eliminate the smart people. Pol Pot had taught us that lesson. Lesson learn will we all move forward together as a great nation again.
Great topic, Great idea... Hopefully the government heard of this

Good leadership leads to prosperity and happiness. Poor leadership leads to suffering and death. My father was a doctor graduated from France. Most of my family members did not survive during Pol Pot. I had to leave the country back in 1979. Peace to all Khmer People!

China sent their best students to United State for education and look how their economy grow. Big company or government should give scholarship for students to get higher education for the future.
Generally, when you're weak, in terms of political & economical matters, your neighboring countries will take advantage. This happens around the world for century. Once upon time when the Khmer Empire were so strong, we took advantages of our weak neighboring countries.... Now is vice versa. What make a country competitive? LEADERSHIP! It's a very complicated issue. Per what you've said in this video, I don't know whether the existing government is willing to commit this process. The reasons are involved in Politic tactics, Corruption, Fear, Dishonest, etc..... My opinion, there are sufficient of educated Khmers in the USA, France, UK, etc... aren't willing to commit & help the country because they're fear of their lives. In addition, there good educated Khmers in Cambodia lay very low because of this matter. Again, this is about LEADERSHIP!!! Unfortunately, I lost my beloved Dad and 7 siblings during the Khmer Rouge Genocide. I am not sure whether I'll take another chance of my life. I believe there are people think like me too. With good education, professional work and comfortable living will make them think TWICE! I would LOVE to read "INTELLIGENT" comments on your posts. Thank You. Best Regards & efforts to Ms Kanitha.
