In this episode, my friend and coach, John Chao interviews me and my husband, Farrell Vaughn. We lean into our vulnerable side and tell the story about our initial response to my breast cancer diagnosis, how we handled unexpected happenings, intimacy, and struggles with our relationship. We discuss how we embraced those struggles AND silver linings wholeheartedly and simultaneously. We have a deep appreciation and understanding of how difficult this all can be on so many couples and many times marriages and friendships fail because of such illnesses as cancer. We believe that leaning into the struggles and seeking help can strengthen relationships and we understand that it can suck getting there.
