Thanks for this. You got a sub from me brotha. I’m finding myself getting injured more often now so I’ll be implementing some of these commandments . 🙏🏾

I need 2 days of rest because my soreness hit me the day after I exercise.
@draecook269 ай бұрын
How many times per week do you exercise and did you just start back exercising?
@mosesscriptural18209 ай бұрын
@draecook26 I never stick to the same schedule, and no.

@@mosesscriptural1820 as a 43yo fitness trainer for over 10yrs, I will tell you that setting a schedule for your workouts, your diet, and your sleep is very important. Although it is normal, no matter your age, for soreness to hit 1-2 days after the workout. For example, Ppl often joke about how they hit legs on Monday and can't walk on Wednesday.

@@draecook26 well there you go. It's normal. Thank you

Hi Funk. As a 53 year old Irish man, I’ve been encouraged to follow you for the past three years, however, why are you bringing in a religious reference (10 commandments) to your workouts??? You influence me with your evidence based approach and reality to life fitness, so why introduce such an emotive concept that has no grounding in mental reality??? Please just stick to secular fitness.

It is better for you to take time to learn about God - the Father, Son and Holy Spirit - than you losing your peace because something related to God is mentioned.
