Understand mostly decision of UDC are taken through NEC , the downfall of BCP was undermining BPP at NEC level. They felt BPP cant have equal members like them in NEC and so during voting on crtical issues BNF and BPP voted together . Its democracy also, so le ka se bue jaka e ke DBG was not elected ko BNF
