There was a time when you seemed to be basing everything around a coupon or a 30 percent off sale and that was likely when I said that. I no longer try to keep up with your strategies, but I would have to say they have been getting better over the 2 and half years I have been following you.

What the ‘Rolfing’ did was trigger point therapy. Or myofascial therapy. It’s what works for all body pain, in my experience. And it can be done at home. Glad you found relief in the Rolfing.
