I'm a skydiver and have jumped at that same DropZone in Eloy, AZ. It is almost impossible to do what was done here. I have no doubt that after hearing Debbie was still a student with only 50 jumps, he made a safe decision to place them last to exit the plane and jumped at almost the exact same time. No other way could he have done what he did. He actually risked his own life in saving hers. She could have become entangled with him at any moment. Kudos to him!!! Kudos to her for continuing to jump!!! I'd do the same.

I started jumping because I was afraid of heights. Fear isn't something I avoid, I run toward it and engage life. I've never been sorry.

@@carolsydney6905 I'll always be afraid of heights but there's this song that has that lines in it that go "I had a change a view, so I grabbed a parachute; I was afraid of heights until I learned to fly" the singer is so cute the way he sings in some of his songs. The beginning of the song has the lines "every day is like a roller coaster; had to make a choice so threw my demons over my shoulder" the song is Top of The World by the Score.
