The most important answer that Oda gave to one of those questions on the SBS was who fed Luffy on the Egghead arc when he came out of gear 5th and was about to get killed by Saturn. Oda said whoever did it had to move at the speed of light. Meaning it was Kizaru! This is by far the most important piece of info to me! Because that means a Navy Admiral directly opposed one of the elders, helped an Emperor of the Sea Luffy to fight Saturn! His superior! I think he was so broken after killing his best friend Vegapunk and almost killing his adopted nephew Sentomaru. That he is now left questioning himself. Now that being said, hear me out. We already had 1 navy Admiral leave and join the Blackbeard pirates in Akoiji. Even though I think he is Sword. What if, what if, Kizaru leaves and joins Luffy!? This way there is someone on the Strawhats that can rival Akoiji, while Luffy fights B.B. he can't fight both, I even think Akoiji is stronger then B.B. so how great of a story that would be, 2 ex navy Admirals now both pirates, facing off one another. Kizaru with the Strawhats, Akoiji with the Blackbeards. This would be hard for Akoiji because he already fought Akainu. Now he would have to fight Kizaru. Such a great story line and drama. I honestly think all the ex warlords will join the Cross Guild. And I think alot of Marines will join the Strawhats for the final battle. Like Fujitora, Smoker, Kizaru, Koby, Garp if alive still. I think Akoiji will betray the B.Bs or get found out as a traitor and join Luffy too. I say this because think of all the big names left for Luffy n the Strawhats to fight. Blackbeard pirates, possible Redhair Pirates, Cross Guild, Akainu and the Navy, the God Knights, the 5 elders and Imu! No way they can do it all alone. The grand fleet will be involved and the Revolutionary army but they ain't beating all those big names. So I really think some ex Admirals and Vice Admirals will defect. After realizing how corrupt and evil Imu really is. And how they just erase whole islands just because. So it will cause them to really question their loyalty and what they are even doing. It's not justice just slaughter. Civilians, kids, women, elders, all for nothing because they look at them as insects. I wouldn't doubt Akainu possibly defects too. Maybe not. But it's a possibility. Maybe Dragon convinces him. But Kizaru helping Luffy, is huge!! Imo. And opens the door to so many possibilities and a chance for another Admiral to leave the Navy.

It's kinda weird how many people don't actually pay attention to the character and just go off surface level claims and forget everything that happened in previous arcs. Natsu is far from a Luffy clone. He actually does things his own way and based on his own experiences and relation to the situation or person. While Luffy just does everything his own way and says screw the consequences. And doesn't outright change throughout his story besides Sabaody and Marineford. And that his character changes people's minds or perspective. The embodiment of freedom (at least what it means in his own eyes)

I wanted to add, I'm pretty sure with the whole Natsu not being a conqueror thing is accurate but for a different reason to what you guys are saying. I don't think he loses out on being a Conqueror because he got punked I think its more of a misalignment in his mind, body and spirit, because I feel like the WILL you need to become a conqueror can only be achieved through an intrinsic understanding of yourself. And if you finish fairytail you realise a large part of Natsu's life and self are unknown to him properly and he's almost constantly learning more and more about himself in real time. I think in certain moments, he has the instincts of a conqueror and I believe he would be a character who'd have the longest foreshadowing for it cause he'd struggle to gain any proper mastery.

Adding to this I feel like that's why he gives ichigo vibes cause he's literally the same thing. I feel like being a conqueror is complicated because we see such headstrong and genuinely powerful/talented guys with conquerors haki but I feel like we forget that in order to be a conqueror you must have something to conqueror and you must know your place in the world. If you're not the strongest but you're preparing in the background to usurp the position from other strong people you are still a conqueror because your will is dominate and control is not diminished by logical planning or perceived weakness. Deception and caution are parts of the art of war too.

2:52:52 omg so sick of this. When zoro n Luffy said "they" to nami after talking to B.B. they were referring to his whole crew!!! Watch the episode. We are introduced to them all. The at the very beginning the bird get shot and they can't believe no one could have shot it, but that was the 1st one, then the horse and the apple Luffy eats is #2 & 3, then Burgess yelling, that's 4. Then BB at the end that's 5. The whole episode is literally an introduction to the Blackbeard pirates! Then after they say "they" It goes to all of the B.Bs walking down the street looking huge. To show how big n strong they are. There is no alternative meaning about it. Nothing to do with a multiple personality. Re watch the episode people and pay attention n realize the whole episode is all about the introduction to them all. So when Nami thinks BB is solo and refers to him as so. They correct her by saying they. Because they already put it together that all the other pirates they came across that day. Are his crew and all together. So yes it's they. Because they were all there. That's it! Stop this "they" argument. It's so old. So played out, it's a weak argument. And it's just flat out wrong. Come up with so new info. The teeth thing doesn't make sense. Because everytime BB is on screen I pay close attention to see if there is any personality changes, and see if the teeth change to match a personality swap. I try counting to see if there is 3 moods and every single time it's a big NO. No mood changes, no teeth changes, no personality changes. He yells at times. He gets angry at times, and sometimes he laughs. But nothing consistent. Nothing obvious, nothing matching to the teeth. And most the time I'm reaching myself to see if it lines up. Never does. They = B.B crew. That's all folks.

I think one of the main things that naruto has on One Piece is that the what if conversations are much more interesting and abundant. One Piece a lot of times feels like that scene in Infinity War where Dr Strange reveals that this is the one scenario where we win. Natsu folded in front of the power of Gildarts the same way Luffy folded when he was in the face of insane power such as Saboedy or when he faced his first real loss after losing Ace. Luffy gave up and would’ve been down n out if not for Jimbei. Even conquerors have their moments lmao thank you Larry for sticking up for that boy Natsu. They def different situations especially considering Luffy was seemingly losing his friends, however Gildarts is still a bigger threat than what they faced on that island. Nah marco did help a bit but luffy kod and law DID beat two yonko crew. If marco wasn't there they would have beat them a different way the problem is was marco necessary. The answer is yes to the specific situations he was in but the question is did they actually need marco he did like 3 things and it was really only stalling for like 5min then he would give up. If he wasn't there sanji could 100% hold on king and queen if he needed he mid diff'd queen in the 1st place. Kings only thing is his durability but it would be useless with sanji speed so king would have to release the flame to get faster and boom an opening. I think marco did obviously help but to me its would they still win without him... Absolutely they are def strong enough its just circumstances would be a little different.
