Never had a brew day that didn't have wrinkle though to be fair they are less troubling when aiming for a 5 gallon batch 😉

@@DrunkDelilahBrewery it had been wired up appropriately to deal with more than double the demand. However…..a small part of the circuit had been missed and the wire had melted. Only took 2 minutes to resolve so no issues now moving forward haha

Well done, I think as every brewer knows, your brewery is always trying to screw up at every opportunity! How big a difference did the double chiller make?
