biryani cooked in pressure cooker seems ok but serving it looks challenging as the view till down the way to the bottom of the pressure cooker is not easily accessible. so how do u do the plating then🤔? the taste is definitely not same as in a heavy 'marmite'.

Hi there 😜 I am loving your biryani and Will defo try it soon. I have a question about the milk powder though. What does it do really and can I bypass it?

Hello 👋 Thank you so much ❤️ You can leave it because you are going to use yoghurt anyway. The milk powder give a creamy texture to the base (gravy) and helps to caramelised (contains sugar) the chicken and flavour. Hope this helps. Maariyah
