Great video with simple explanation Vidhanji. Best part of these videos are that the seeker (the one who is asking questions) is truly authentic, open minded, giving perfect feedbacks. Without a perfect seeker , we cannot meet a perfect Gyani (Jnani).🙏

Fortunately, by the grace of God I got introduced to the teachings of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi. On reading Bhagavan's teachings I have felt that Bhagavan has never given any indirect explanation like in several teachings. Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi's teachings are simple and direct.His life perfectly matched to his teachings and Bhagavan illustrated all along his life entire 24 hours of the day.

What is wrong in accepting life as it is, happiness is dependent and comes with expiry date. This is the normal. Why aspire for a different way of life with permanent happiness at all. Life is a mixed chain of events of happiness and sorrow and i am ok with it. Why take to spirituality at all?
@tvame11832 ай бұрын
Nice question! Yes, it is normal to have pleasure and pain and unavoidable too. However, pain can stretch into suffering and trauma, if not addressed properly. Spirituality helps us to remain anchored in our essential nature while dealing with pleasure and pain with equanimity and with a sense of assurance.

Neither there is happiness nor sorrow, if you penetrate deep you'll come to realise.

why shouldn't we shake up something's let me explain you know there is something called Dharma means to up hold / Up hold what? let me explain atoms have particles and energy in them needs to be stable if energy gets to high or too low atom gets unstable if atom needs to be stable that requirement is Dharma inseparable part needs to be upholded that without stability is not possible stability is the soul of Dharma is there something behind your requirement to be happy I see without it your unstable in your mind don't you think there is something missing do you know what is your Dharma have you think about it?
