Episode 2: Ricardo Amaro

Ricardo Amaro is a visionary in the DevOps/SRE space and an overall champion of free and open-source software. He:

• authored Chapter 18 of Seeking SRE (www.oreilly.co...) where he discussed using ML to automate capacity planning, all the way back in 2018

• drove a platform engineering initiative at a tech unicorn before 'platform engineering' was even a term

• just submitted his doctoral thesis about DevOps
