I have been a Go-Car driver for at least 3.5 years and being a picky driver since day one. But things are changing early 2019 when lots of picky drivers did not receive job assignment at all in a day. Then, I change my behaviour and almost every day I completed 21 trips and achieved incentives. Thanks Gojek!

Hi! Big fan of GO-JEK here. So grateful of this amazing and fruitful podcast, thank you GO-JEK team for taking the initiative to make this podcast :). However, I find there is a room for improvement for the audio. I listen this podcast almost everywhere - using headset, headphone, bluetooth speaker, car speaker, etc (so I only listen the podcast without opening the phone screen, thus no subtitle) and I experienced some hearing difficulty in some sentences that made me confused of the things that I want to listen and understand. I hope GO-FIGURE team can fix this to make the listeners can comprehend the contents more comfortably. Keep up the good work! Looking forward for the next episodes :D

From the ground perspective drivers opinion for gofood, gosend with high rise building drop point why gojek don't build one spot dropping agent with a team (1-2 person) for customers who wants to get foods from one spot in high rise building...and develop more pick up agents collaborate with private & states school who use to deliberate request orders for their students usually they are school's securities or teachers...and please develop pick point that can't be removed to other location with barcode so customers that unfamiliar with maps can instantly scan..

Interesting to find out that a lot of the engineering and product is in Bangalore. This means that we are "not there yet" and local Indonesian programmers still need to catch up. Still amazed on what Go-Jek has achieved. Had hoped you guys discussed more on the "managing 2 million drivers" part.

Such fond memories of your Go Viet drivers in HCM (I know you've rebranded now in Vietnam)..i remember taking a ride through the Tu Thiem tunnel to D2 with a driver whose English was quite good. And all we talked about was.....football! Particulary Watford for some reason.

Thank you for making such good content. I wonder how can C's and head of division in Gojek still can manage their time to do this and handle the company. You are guys the true genius and hard working people.
