On today's episode we're celebrating Valentine's Day! Kristin is wearing her favorite heart glasses, which remind her of Sally Jesse Raphael. We talk about talk shows from the 80s and 90s, and the most controversial one, Jerry Springer. We talk about Tik Tok and the recent 13 hour ban. The Gooch had a bad cold, and shares his home remedy to help feel better! Kristin tells a little behind the scenes secret, and then makes an easy Valentine's Day treat! The Gooch shows us how to make the cutest Valentine's Day candle!

I used to love watching Dr Phil. I use essential oils topically and in a diffuser for remedies but be sure to use good quality. Hot Cross buns always show up in the supermarkets between Christmas and New Year. Crazy!! Love watching you two. Thank you!!

Elderberry tea. Yes you are right Kristin. I buy the organic kind and it works great for cold septions Hot water with fresh lemon,apple cider vinegar also is good. Love your show!

When i have a bad sore throat i eat lays regular potato chips, a halls coughdrop, and a cup of tea. The chips are for the salt that kills the infection, the halls cough drop is to soothe the throat and the tea is for the fluid that you need to drink. It works great.👍

When sick I stay hydrated, and I drink water, mixed with ACV, honey, and lemon. I make a garlic onion soup, sometimes I add chicken and noodles, it is very healing.

I've been gone for 10 days (New Orleans and a 7 day Caribbean cruise) and I'm just catching up. Yes, Kristin showed her ring on her show so go back 10-ish days. Also, thx for giving me a shout out from the Sticky Note on my comment about a live show. I see I'm not the only one ready to pack a bag and head on down to Vegas to see the three of you! When I was a kid ( a long time ago!), my Dad would make me a Hot Toddy. I was recently sick with that respiratory virus for a month! I even overloaded on Vitamin C and Zinc! Thanks for advice on warm liquids, wish I would have knowthat when I was sick! Love you guys and always look forward to Mondays ❤

My grandma went by the name of Tod or Toddy. I thought that was her name. Come to find out, she loved the drink hot toddies and so that’s what they called her. She didn’t like her name “Edna” A doctor told me years ago to gargle with whiskey and it would get rid of my strep throat. Just don’t swallow it. It tastes nasty but it works. 😊

Hello Kristin and gooch. My husband family always went upstate New York. When they were young. Well now we were doing the same for many years ,I really wanted to go to a hotel and stay. . . lol well I hate thunder storms and we got there my kids were all excited then my husband took off to look around from the past. Then started to storm. Well I wanted to go home right then and there. My sister in law and husband offered us to stay with them. They had a cabin. The next year we got our own cabin. I still hated going. Every summer we went. It was no vacation for me. I had to lug all the stuff kitchen items, towels and wash clothes, sheets, pillows. All that good stuff and a first aid kit. Then we got there I had to shop for the week. I’m glad we don’t do that anymore. Thank goodness
