Episode 22 - Pan Roasted Chicken Breast with Lemon, Oregano and Dates

Using the much sought after medjoul dates, Chef Daniel prepares a pan roasted chicken breast with lemon, oregano and dates.
This dish has middle eastern inspirations with the perfect balance of acidity from the lemon and sweetness of the dates.
