I also think that when I knit an 8 or 10 row scrappy socks that anything goes. There is no error. It's the knitters own personal color way choice is what matters. They all turn out absolutely Harry Potter magical. 🎉🎉🎉🎉

I like the same Opal one you do. The Blackbird Sycamore yarn is so pretty! That might be my favorite one I've seen so far this year. It's so hard to know about the MKAL, some years it would be easy, some harder, but I bet you can do it!

Hope you and your family have a lovely holiday! Knit all the Stash is a KAL. If you are tracking usage, it's State of the Stash. I like what someone else said: The Great Stash Knitdown. Some of your movies are older, but I still consider Christmas Vacation a 'new classic'. I love Meet Me in St. Louis, Christmas in Connecticut, It's a Wonderful Life, and The Bishop's Wife (remade in to The Preacher's Wife).

I recently got three of the new Felici colors also, Lisa, Board Shorts, and Cactus Flower. I only got two skeins for the Lisa color. If I manage the yarn well, one ball makes me a pair of rose city rollers shortie socks, with matching stripes even! This new Felici feels a bit softer to me compared to the older ones.

Good morning. I would go with knit all the stash. It's keeping your original title you created after all these years. Knit all the mkal's, knit all the socks, knit all the blankets. "KNIT ALL THE" is what your known for L. Oh oh oh OR ho ho ho those Opal scrappy socks are going to be great. As an option, you could have that color stripe change on the back of the leg and the back of the foot so the color change jog is not so noticable. I like to do the knit a longs with socks, it keeps me motivated to work on my socks. I’m challenging myself to knit at least one pair of socks each month in fingering weight and I’m thinking of doing a DK sock each month. I have plenty of stash to use and would love to get faster at socks.
