Incredible life story, the highs and lows🥺, but to turn that corner 👌💪, amazing. TOPP, I really love how you allow the guest to just talk, 🤗. Putting things on paper is sometimes the best therapy 😊

Sir, your podcast was recommended by Mr. Coult a while back. I subscribed but hadn’t had a chance to listen. I’m glad I remembered and came back. This was a great podcast. I really appreciate you allowing your guest to talk as he let his story flow. So often people feel they need to ask tons of questions or interject which of course is sometimes good. However the gentleman you had on seems far more comfortable being able to share his story as he recollects it. I look forward to catching up on the other episodes and those to come. I hope your channel continues to grow. You deserve it. From an American gal in a military family for generations thank you for bringing stories of your fellow veterans to us. I agree with your guest that so many veterans from GWOT haven’t shared the hell they went through & it seems society just moved on. It’s important for younger generations to know the truth ya’ll as soldiers went through in the sand box. Especially the aftermath so many suffer from the trauma. It takes great courage to speak openly about the trauma and understanding it’s important and ok seek support without stigma. Sadly here in the US have lost more veterans who made it home than we did in theater because of that trauma. I personally lost more friends after they made home. It’s heartbreaking knowing they suffer yet all I can do is try to support them and pray they let me. I greatly appreciate you bringing awareness to this crisis. Thank you sir for your service both in uniform and today sharing their stories. God Bless

@@TheOldParatrooperpodcast men like this deserve more attention. I'm fed of up kids thinking the top bloke they can be is a drug dealer, and thinking that stabbing someone with 6 people will make you 'tough'. We need to fix this. Great podcast so far 👍

Nice one guys I'm ex 3 Para, ex firefighter, I was ill health retired 2017 with CPTSD , since recovered as part of my recovery I came across hypnosis, EFT, Reiki, esoteric kind of recovery. I ended up training in these modalities for the last 7 years had my own therapy practice helping others. I'm moving towards doing talks and workshops to support others. I'm pleased for Andy he got in Manchester, but surprised they accepted him with his history but good on them . I've started to write my book and have shared some insights on Facebook. Nice one guys x
